Hi
My Sukam battery life has gone it is not lasting when power cut-off and also sometime I am getting abnormal sound from inverter.
I purchased on 19.05.2018 and it is under warranty, it is my humble request to you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

          Sukam tubular battery dead under warranty

          I purchase a su kam battery on 23 March 2018. Warranty period of my battery is 23 March 2018 to 23 March 2021. But from the last 10 days my battery is not working. The battery backup is less than 1 hour. Customer care number of sukam is not available. The shopkeeper is also not responding....

                                    I have 3 ups in complaints sin last 6 months but didn't get responce from the stockiest and service franchise.

                                    How can i believe su - vanshika solar to sell its product unless and until i get the response for the service of last products.
