Hi i am basically from rajkot gujarat. From the date of purchase we are facing a problem in sukam inverter. Problem is all about fuse that is spoken by dealer of sukam. He changed several timefuse and according to the guidelines we have also called the electrician to reduce the electricity load. After a month same issue happen that fuse is not working.
So please look for this matter as soon as possible....

I have bought 12v/1100
I feel it’s such a waste of money
Solar doesn’t even work.

I will wait for three working days to get it fixed or need a replacement or i’ll go to social media for justice.

I'm trying to calling you last one week to given number in your website, but all the numbers is out of service this is not the way to operate a good company, please note my complain, I have two su-Kam inverter which is not working last one week.

It is not storing the electricity, and also trips so many times.

The problem is persisting from a long time sometimes when start using solar electricity, it work properly for some time and then again starts tripping or gets shut down.

please resolve this issue as we have to face so many problems due to this reason.

at Designation : Area Sales Manger: Emp code:[protected], from 22.07.2009 to 05.01.2013.

I have submitted the properly filled PF (PF a/c #1580) remittance form through Mumbai Branch Accountant Rakesh sharma on June 2013; and before of that. but its stills pending from the Sukam .

I purchased one su-kam battery from gr power shoppee - lajpat nagar on 19/09/2018, he give me two year warranty at battery, but battery is not are not charged last month, i complaining to gr power & su-kam customer care center, but su-kam customer care is not working because su-kam was closed & dealer gr power are not proper response to me.
I am continuing c last one month but both are nobody any responses.

Which is not functioning — not relaying electicity post inverter, we have to bypass inverter when elecricity goes off and we shift on generator and many a times while shifting on / off generator, computer restarts, it mean inverter snesor & relay are not functioning properly

I have purchased model 850 va shiny inverter, on 29/6/2014, currently for past one month we are having issue with it, when ever power cut inverter is showing overload indication and power is tripping, we have forced to restart the db box.

In the month of 2016, 500 w sukam solar panels were installed. Warranty of 25 years was given by sukam. But the current is reduced to only 4a per panel which was promised to be 12a. We informed the distributor about this issue, but the distributor informed us that su-kam has closed its business. We tried to contact at su-kam customer care number. But there is no response.
In only 3 years has passed, when services under warranty are...

Sukam battery is not providing back up. After half an hour it's shows low battery and shut down. This battery is under replacement warranty. I want to replace my battery. Please... And the customer care not response to this problem. My battery model is (Sig 1500). I tried to call so many times to customer care but call does not connect. I provide the warranty card in complain in jpg format....

Under-warranty su-kam eco-brainy 1100/12v s/no.-[protected] and code - fadhupbrsw012aa0110001has stopped working and this inverter was on 30/06/2018 with 02years warranty. I have facing following problem while lodging complaint against this defect.
1) su-kam toll free no.[protected] is no any response.
2) telephone number [protected] of gurgaon is no any response
3) there is no official website found for lodging...
