    I have 3 ups in complaints sin last 6 months but didn't get responce from the stockiest and service franchise.

    How can i believe su - vanshika solar to sell its product unless and until i get the response for the service of last products.

                  Hi i am basically from rajkot gujarat. From the date of purchase we are facing a problem in sukam inverter. Problem is all about fuse that is spoken by dealer of sukam. He changed several timefuse and according to the guidelines we have also called the electrician to reduce the electricity load. After a month same issue happen that fuse is not working.
                  So please look for this matter as soon as possible.

                    I feel it’s such a waste of money
                    Solar doesn’t even work.

                    I will wait for three working days to get it fixed or need a replacement or i’ll go to social media for justice.

                    Okay if you want a long complaint, i’ll give you one.

                    It’s been some time that i have been deceived by your deceitful solar panel device.

                    Such a shame.
                    There was no change in my monthly electricity bill after putting solar panels.

                    The inverter provided is nothing but an object where i wasted my money on.

                    In spite of lodging a complaint, i have even provided my contact number.

                    This company has the worst customer service ever.

                    If you can’t keep your customer satisfied, how do you think you’re business can thrive

                        It is not storing the electricity, and also trips so many times.

                        The problem is persisting from a long time sometimes when start using solar electricity, it work properly for some time and then again starts tripping or gets shut down.

                        please resolve this issue as we have to face so many problems due to this reason.

                        Hello. I have purchased a 225v su kam battery and 1000w inverter from a dealer in magam, Budgam. Jammu and kashmir. The performance of the battery is not at par and does not charge properly. It has been 6 or 7 months only. It's been so disappointing. I want a replacement or repair. Please help.

                          Sucam 600 va inverter was installled in my house before about 4 years. Now it is vibrating with high sound after a little while in every 1/2 hrs. your helpline. numbers are not taken the phone or busy. please send a help how to desolve this problem.                             I purchased one su-kam battery from gr power shoppee - lajpat nagar on 19/09/2018, he give me two year warranty at battery, but battery is not are not charged last month, i complaining to gr power & su-kam customer care center, but su-kam customer care is not working because su-kam was closed & dealer gr power are not proper response to me.
                            I am continuing c last one month but both are nobody any responses.

                                        In the month of 2016, 500 w sukam solar panels were installed. Warranty of 25 years was given by sukam. But the current is reduced to only 4a per panel which was promised to be 12a. We informed the distributor about this issue, but the distributor informed us that su-kam has closed its business. We tried to contact at su-kam customer care number. But there is no response.
                                        In only 3 years has passed, when services under warranty are required but sukam is not providing the same. We even tried contact su-kam through its website but the website is also disabled. As such we have left with no option except raising this complaint.
                                        Kindly take necessary action to redress my grievance regarding su-kam solar penal warranty and repairing issue
