I lodged compliant through email i'd at deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.com on 23.05.2020 but till today remained unresponded.
This is to inform this compliant is in relation to service amc renwal contract. I have been using the water purifier, model reviva ro, for number of years and long since back it is under amc, my registered mobile no. Is [protected] and it was purchased in my wife's name, mrs. Madhuchhanda mandal biswas. I have been residing at 97. Rastraguru avenue, clive house, kolkata-700 028 since long. My service contract was supposed to expire 17.04.2020. One mr. Sujoy banerjee was probably your empaneled service contractor. One his executive, mr. Selim molla, (Ph: [protected]) who renders services door to door and though very good mannered. But on 21.03.2020 he called me and told that if service contract i. E. Amc gets renewed on 21.03.2020, he can offer amc at old rate i. E. 5055 and in turn i agreed. This figure was written on the contract receipt. But problem is that about payment. I was at gujarat. My wife is in job, she is at her duty, so mr. Selim molla offered us to collect the cheque, in the very next day i. E. On 22.03.2020. But suddenly govt. Of india declared lockdown due to corona outbreak nationwide, which is scheduled to continue till 31.05.2020. He could not come to collect the cheque till 21.05.2020, but he came on 22.05.2020 suddenly at about 12 noon and asked me to produce my copy of service contract paper which he handed over to us on 21.03.2020, and started to change the amount of amc charge by overwriting the old one, the amount he offered on 21.03.2020 and started telling us since we could not pay on that 21.03.2020 the amount will be at current rate i. E. Rs.5600/-. I strongly objected and disagreed to pay rs. 5600/-. It should have been rs.5055 which i agreed to pay but he disagreed to accept the cheque for rs. 5055/-. He asked me pay at your office online after contacting service customer care. I have raised certain question to that person.
(1) who is responsible for that non collection, he could not came, is it my fault? Certainly no. (2) why service is completed beforehand on 21.03.2020, whereas it was supposed to be renewed on 17.04.2020 (3) if service was completed on 21.03.2020, contract paper was raised on 21.03.2020, the rate should have been for rs.5055/-applicable rate prevailing on that date (4) why the executive came on 22.05.2020 and how can he change the amount from rs.5055 (Rate as on 21.03.2020) to rs.5600/- (Rate as on 22.05.2020) without my consent, not only that he took over the entire contract paper with him and asked to contact with the customer care centre.
This approach has shocked the existing customer's integrity. His failure of commitment to the existing customer may result trustworthiness of a person who is representing the brand eureka forbes.
It is matter of failure of commitment of a person who has parted your brand. I am totally harassed by your person. I told him i am agreed to pay the old rate i. E. Rs. 5055 as my service was completed on 21.03.2020. It can not be rs.5600/- as you could not collect as it is your fault.
I contacted number of times at your customer care number [protected] / [protected] since 22.05.2020 but it did not work due to lockdown covid19.
I can not tolerate this type of mis-commitment. Please do the needful.

No response received yet, however one rectification was that model was mentioned vogue it is actually aquaguard total ro reviva.
