Subway India — charged more than bill amount

Hi,
This is Vishal Budhraja and today from your Seasons Mall(Pune) outlet, I ordered 2 Sub of the Day ( 1 Veg & 1 Non-Veg). Total Bill was 259.60 INR including GST. I paid the same by my credit card and they charged me 260 INR (instead of 259.60), which was 0.40 INR more than the bill.

When I raised this issue (as it was not cash transaction), then said that - "this is how SUBWAY works" (this was the exact statement of the person who was attending me. As per my knowledge, no one can charge extra amount and this is why we use card to pay exact amount.

I am really shocked by the reply and I know that SUBWAY is one of the most trusted food chain. This is not at all excepted from SUBWAY. Please let me know step you are going to take in respect for this issue and I will wait for positive revert.

It’s about yesterday when i purchased 3 Subs and 2 Soft Drinks and from which one was Ice tea and one was Mountain Dew and on drinking Mountain Dew We Found it tasteless nd after that we confirmed then they said refill must be empty.
People just be Aware From Such Subway i.e. Subway, Amity University, Sec 125, Noida.
