I purchased a wrap at Subway Nungambakkam location and I was sent a free cookie voucher for my next purchase (with no predefined order value). However, I was denied use of coupon for cookie purchase. When no conditions are listed on the website, the store manager rudely denied any service in this regards. Why cant I buy a cookie (even thats a subway product purchase).

I visited a Subway in my area, I ordered for 3 Subs, when I asked for water they said that they dont have tumbler to provide water and gave me a big jug to drink water, My kid was unable to drink in such a big jug, they don't also have Water bottle to purchase, Pathetic condition in a Prime area of our City

Order ed one aloo patty burger through Zomato on 30 Dec 11 am in Kota, the bread is stale and hard, not eatable, so my kid throw it in dustbin, so pls look in this matter
