[Resolved]  Subway — Live Bug / Beetel Found in Subway Salad

This is a complaint against Subway at Max Hospital in Saket in new Delhi, India with Pin Code 110017. Please be informed that the same has been communicated to the Max Saket staff of F&B, Mr Sirohi. We had ordered a Salad and a Subway Sandwich. While in the process of consumption of the salad, we saw a live "FLY" ( probably a beetle ). The picture of it is as attached. This is dated 22nd March 2014 We had immediate;y gone to the F&B department of Max and have registered a complaint and also getting in the process of complaining to you. Please be informed that i am attaching the Bill & the picture of the Salad with the Beetle in it. Initially, Subway staff at Saket did not even mention the Salad part on the bill and when we raised the alarm, they said that they had forgotten to punch the salad part in. Now, after raising the issue the staff over there had manually written in the bill and had refunded 200 INR instead of the 160 INR that were supposed to be refunded just to have a control over the situation. All this action has been pretty much conveyed to the subway staff Ms MAMTA on duty that day as well as the F&B person in charge in MAX Mr Vaibhav Sirohi. He was very cooperative and also in the loop and i am sure the same can be vouched by him as well since he was very much called at the time of the scene and was notified...we see this as an alarming issue. This is a life threatening deed and could have caused great deal of health problems, if the beetle would have been consumed. It may be a fact that even though Subway claims to be "hygienic"; we see a flying beetle inside the salad. This is a very scary and was a very bad experience. And from am outlet of Subway which resides inside the campus of Max Hospital, Saket, New Delhi, India. The customers who have been loyal to the hygiene factor of Subway and look up to it like us and it now have been highly disappointing an experience. We don't expect this and we want to know what will you be doing about this. We are looking for immediate response and action from SUBWAY PLEASE DO MAGNIFY THE PICTURES TO SEE WHAT IS IN IT !!! THE BLACK PORTION IS THE FLY "ALIVE" AND WE WERE CONSUMING THAT SALAD !!!
