Served non veg instead of veg

I ordered paneer tikka sandwich but received chicken instead. I ate one bite and realised this is not paneer. Upon checking we found it was chicken. This is pathetic. I am a pure vegetarian and my religious practices were broken. This is a crime. I want to sue Subway Mulund against this act.

One item was missing and the bread was plain even though order was honey oats and Paramesan. Swiggy offered a refund amount less than the missing item! They never refunded it as we did not accept. But there was no further grievance redressal.

I had paneer role and it was very poor quality the paneer was like i was eating a rubber so no one change the product it was like after eating i person wood hv medicines so very very poor so wanna change my product

I have never had a bad experience in any of the subway outlets I love their service quality food everything but I have been having really bad experience not just me but most of the customers are facing the same issue by one of their new outlet at the capital mall Nallasopara they don’t provide the proper food which should be provided to the customers according to the company’s guideline the staff of this outlet have made their own rules and are not following the instructions provided by the company and online orders are a joke to them I personally fell that this is kind of scamming cuz every time you order something and they send you something else not sending you proper food even after the proper order is mentioned on the bill I have been having subway sandwiches for years but this is the first worst experience ever don’t want this to continue and the staff is very rude no professionalism one of the staff was eating food on the counter where other orders are made if the sandwich has to weight 200grams according to the company the sandwich provided by this branch will weight around 90 to 120 grams that’s how big the difference is there is less stock in inventory according to the staff but I have never seen a single customer happy with their service I would request the higher authorities to plz look after the situation and also check out the reviews on google for this outlet subway, the capital mall Nallasopara, pincode:401209

I am writing this to bring to your notice about my horrible experience with the order via Zomato I made on 20th Feb, 2022 at 09:17 pm of order ID- [protected].
I placed an order for 1* Tandoori Tofu Sandwich and 1* Veg Seekh Signature Wrap which was supposed to be fulfilled by a restaurant in Perungalathur, Chennai called 'Subway'
I got the order delivered, and we had enough of it only to discover that it was chicken stuffing inside the sandwich and not what it is intended to be.
It is Sunday and most people have non- vegetarian food on Sundays, but I ordered vegetarian food, through which you should have understood how important it is for me THAT THE FOOD HAS TO BE PURELY VEGETARIAN, in terms of my religious obligations and lifestyle. Worse, I had to share this food with my ENTIRE FAMILY AND THEY ARE INFURIATED, TOO. We fed the food you delivered to our baby and you have made us pass on this transgression to our child, too. You have made me and family go through a sense of defilement and this loss cannot be recovered with money. Now we all are going through this mental trauma and you are responsible that we had to breach our conduct.
I am highly disappointed with your service. What kind of service you are providing if you do not understand the difference between vegetarian food and non- vegetarian, thereby not valuing your customers? Don't you see the importance of distinguishing between vegetarian and non- vegetarian food while providing services in a multi-cultural country like India? Are you forcing us to eat non-vegetarian food against our will?
I demand you to look into this and revert back with a proper explanation, failing of which will direct me take this forward legally. I have kept the rest of the food and will take this to a consumer forum and FSSAI.

Inability to deliver correct order and unresponsiveness of the staff

I had placed an order via Zomato at 5:42 PM on 8th July, 2020 to a Subway restaurant near me (Order No.: [protected]). First of all, they failed to prepare the order on time and were very late. Secondly, they failed to ensure the delivery of the correct order as i was supposed to receive 7 cookies but only received three. This mistake could still have been ignored had the response of the Subway staff (Sanjay Pramanik) been better. Neither did he receive several of my calls nor did he revert back to me with an apology or an explanation of any kind.
It was pretty clear that the entire fault is on Subway as the Zomato agent made the delivery as quickly as possible despite having to wait approximately an hour just for the Subway staff to get going.
This kind of response from the staff is not appreciated at all especially in times like these. Late delivery, incorrect order, unresponsiveness-the Subway Staff is responsible for all three.
It was pretty clear that the entire fault is on Subway as the Zomato agent made the delivery as quickly as possible despite having to wait approximately an hour just for the Subway staff to get going.

I have received in cooked food when i ordered from swiggy. The item is oatmeal cookies and was completely dry. I have had the order multiple times in dine out before and never has something like this. Swiggy is not responding to the issue. This is the 4th time i am getting this kind of issue in swiggy, previous to this, this same perangalatur out let of swiggy was giving some different items then what ordered.

I online ordered a mexican patty from noida sector 142 branch advant, how dry sub was is not main problem. But the patty had a bad taste and order which made my stomach upset and made me vomit once.
When i called to make a complaint the server first was not ready to hear me and after insisting he took my number and asked to wait for his call.
After 10 min when he called back made me talk to another customer (I dont k ow who he was) who told that there is nothing wrong with sub i ate it, the server denied to talk to me and was rude too.

I tried calling subway and zomato but all numbers are incorrect. I am really wondered that the international brand subway do this cheap thing. money debited twice for single purchase not refunded

I had ordered subway chicken salad on 22nd March 2019 and when the manager of subway store swiped for first time, money got deducted from my account but he said transaction was reversed and money is not credited in his account but there was no error message such as transaction failed
I still didn't get refund and it's past 24 hrs as I spoke to the owner he re ensured me that he will take bank statement and check whether amount got credited in his account or not.
I got a reply via mail through manager that I should go to my bank whereas there was no network problem from my banks side.

not cooked, late food delivery and cold serving
First of all the delivery was very late. All i was served with was cold food. I ordered from subway, aundh. The bread wasn't toasted even after mentioning it to be toasted. The patties inside were uncooked and were raw. This was the worst experience with swiggy and even it was my first order. I won't recommend this service and never use it again it was worst.

Me and my senior recently went to subway for our lunch. We have ordered one subway salad and one subway. Sorry to say but tomatoes and lettuce were completely rotten. Even they were not ready to put sauces and veggies. Behaviour of staff was intolerable and rude. They rudely told my senior not to stay in shop and wait outside for food.. Is this the way subway works???

low quality subway sub of the day

I have ordered three Sub of the Day Non Veg on Dated: 15/07/2018, Take away at CHD Daana Paani, Karnal 132001 Haryana. First the Subway employee doesn't give us invoice, giving excuse Paper Roll finished. Last time when we visit they don't have cheese in there stock. Eveytime they give different excuses, they don't maintain there sufficient stock with them. We are resident of karnal and we ordered many times at Subway Star Neelkanth Dhana, Karnal and there preparation is really very good, quality wise and quantity wise but CHD Daana Paani Subway preparation is not as expected, the bread base is not properly Baked, not proper vegetables Stuffing and from one chicken container they are preparing 2 Subway but other Subway stores using 1 chicken container on 1 Subway, they are making customer fool, such a bad experience ordering from CHD Daana Paani. Like this customer will stop going to CHD Daana Paani Subway to have Subway, so it's my suggestion to take sticked action against your staff and improve your services at CHD Daana Paani, Karnal. Seems you have appointed unprofessional and greedy staff at CHD Daani Paani, Karnal Haryana. Hope you co-operate.

wrongly charging customers

This happened at subway srm university kattankulathur campus. They have menu board saying extra cheese for ₹25 but they charged me 60₹ for extra cheese. After objecting the biller talked to his superiors and told me that prices have been revised and he took off the board menu in front of me after that i paid ₹60 for the extra cheese. When returning next day i can see the old menu board put up again which says extra cheese is ₹25. They charged me more than double the price for extra cheese and they put up the same old sign board again.

price increase on all items after gst reduction

The prices of subs and all other itemsin the fast food chain subway increased after the gst resuction. So the gst reduction has not been helpful to the consumer.
Please put the restaurant chain under scanner for the difference in prices of the items on its menu before and after november 15th 2017.
This complaint should be looked into as it would help comsumers all over the country.

I ordered two sub from janjal puri subway restaurant through by Swiggy they send me non fresh food specially the bread was so hard and left over I couldn’t eat at all why they are doing this

The order was placed at 7:20pm and the order was received at 9:10pm. When tried contacting nobody answered my calls atleast 8 calls were made. When they picked up the call said they made a wrong order and when asked about not answering calls said problem in connectivity of their telephone. Delivery guy said the order was too long so it git delayed. This a very unprofessional behaviour and being a regular customer it annoyed me. Delivering 2 subs took so long. I was aghast to see the price of nimbooz, when i was about to purchase that from subway. That was really surprising for me when he asked me to give rs.70, which is easily available in market at rs.20.. Totally unfare and a big shock for me as i like nimbooz, you guys are just cheaters and making customers fool... Whereas this is totally against the government rule which says there should b a single mrp for a particular product.

Today i visited the store. While i was there to get a sub, i saw a mosquito in their corn and peas salad.
When i told the waiter, he immediately tookthe salad in the kitchen. Then he started saying sorry!
This is a very big thing. It is not at all a big thing. I want the consumer forum to take strict action against them.
This is very bad for the franchise, this way they are loosing their goodwill. This outlet is not at all hygienic. I want the compensation for the inconvenience caused to me. I have been eating from this outlet since a very long time. This means i have been unhygienic food. Many times, i have been having stomach ache and food poisoning. This is because of the unhygienic food served in this outlet.

Selling lipton ice tea 350ml after removing price and manufacture date from bottle

Today i visited subway having address sector 5, mdc, panchkula, pin code 134109 along with my team to eat something. We had lipton ice tea 350 ml in bottle along with subs. We tried to ensure that ice tea is not expired. But we didn't see the manufacture date and price on bottle. We asked the same from the person who was on billing counter and then he said that it is not marked on any of lipton ice tea 350ml bottle in store. I was surprised to hear.
In addition to this, one lipton ice tea 350ml bottle was charged to me for rupees 59. As price was not available on bottle, so how can i believe that they charge the correct price from me.
I request you to please look into this matter and take correct action to ensure that safe products are sold to customer on correct price.

No sub of the day in vizag siripuram. When it is there in the rest of the country...i used to live in bhubaneswar and mumbai. There the sub of the day is very popular. I fail to see why visakhapatnam branch does nkt have sub of the days. I asked the shop owner. She just shrugged it off. Please look into it.

The airport Subway at Mumbai perhaps has the laziest people as staff across any Indian outlet I've been to. Absolutely no interest in serving customers, they are usually chatting with each other and laughing as the consumer waits. Sometime back I requested for a Subway at 650 am after a long international flight - and they flatly refused saying starting time is 7 am. 10 minutes! And they turned me away. These staff really need to learn decency.

Have to take the follow up with ur restaurant every time and even after that they have never shown the courtesy to call back to the client to update the status. They should stop taking advantage of such overpricing which is being unchecked by our government. We make an honest living and our hard earned money is being taken by these global companies. I took my friends out for a party on 7th April at your outlet mentioned with this request @ 2 pm.
I had a coupon which entitled me to get 4 Subs free on an order of 4 Subs.
To my surprise, when I reviewed the bill, I was charged much more than that.
I ordered for 4 Corn and Peas patty, 2 Aloo Patty, 1 Veggie Patty and 1 Chicken Teriyaki.
I had asked for extra Corn and Peas on the 2 Aloo Patty.
However I noticed that I was charged for 7 extra Corn and Peas. This does not make any sense.
First of all, why would anyone ask for extra Corn and Peas on a Sub which already has 2 scoops. Secondly, how would you fit 4 scoops of Corn and Peas and the Veggies and the Cheese and the Sauces in a half foot Sub (I suggest you try and do that yourself and you would know).
On asking the staff they were insisting that they had put in extra Corn and Peas but had no answer when I asked them about fitting all that in 1 half foot Sub.
This is clearly a case of cheating and I suspect this was done because I had a coupon (which I bought for Rs. 299/- from Subway itself)
Lastly, who would order Rs. 1040 worth of Subs only to have Corn and Peas worth Rs. 400/- out of that?
I would request you to look into this matter and help me answer my query and stop cheating and fooling people.

Yesterday i.e Dec 10, 2015 at around 9:15 PM I went to a subway store in Hinjewadi Phase-1, Pune. My bill amount was Rs 115 printed on the bill and I was asked to pay Rs 170 instead. I was refused to have my order even after it was ready. And in the end when I told them I will not pay the amount above my bill they asked to leave the store.
I was mistreated and I had to sleep having nothing because of this.

This is disgusting firstly the boy the phone was very rude and i was placing order 45 mins before the shop close.the boy told me delivery boy is not avaiable he out for deliveries n refusedn when i argued he said he went home ...i told him that i will complain he said ok fine ...this is disgusting... it happened in vashi sector 17 subway.
