Yesterday i.e Dec 10, 2015 at around 9:15 PM I went to a subway store in Hinjewadi Phase-1, Pune. My bill amount was Rs 115 printed on the bill and I was asked to pay Rs 170 instead. I was refused to have my order even after it was ready. And in the end when I told them I will not pay the amount above my bill they asked to leave the store. I was mistreated and I had to sleep having nothing because of this. Attaching the bill.
This is disgusting firstly the boy the phone was very rude and i was placing order 45 mins before the shop close.the boy told me delivery boy is not avaiable he out for deliveries n refusedn when i argued he said he went home ...i told him that i will complain he said ok fine ...this is disgusting... it happened in vashi sector 17 subway.

    I always visit Subway Sec-19 Chandigarh and guy who prepares subway always charge more because reason he gave is he don't have change. This is not at all fair for the customer side as they already put extra taxes on it. For example: I ordered 2 Sub of the day value pack: Rs 99 + Rs 99 = Rs 198 VAT: 12.5%: 24.75 ST: 4.944%: 9.79 Total costs = Rs 232.54 And guy sitting there will charge Rs 235 or even Rs 240 even the bill says Rs 232.54. On one side we're already paying high amount taxes and beyond that this extra charges because they don't have change. Why Subway people don't keep change and if they can't keep change then why can't they round off the figure to Rs 230 only(as in example). Why customer should pay this extra money or the sales guy is eating up that money because some people are ignorant. This should be resolved, why there is so much unethical practices in India???????

      Live Bug / Beetel Found in Subway Salad

      This is a complaint against Subway at Max Hospital in Saket in new Delhi, India with Pin Code 110017. Please be informed that the same has been communicated to the Max Saket staff of F&B, Mr Sirohi. We had ordered a Salad and a Subway Sandwich.       Hi, I stay in Pune, Hinjewadi. There is a subway outlet near the Police Station. Two queries I have : 1) The new 55/- Aloo Patty Sub you guys have introduced shows ( Recommended with Chilli Sauce ). Does this mean only Chilli Sauce will be given?? The language is definitely clear that you can choose your sauce but Subway recommends chilli sauce as it will taste good. When I bought my Sub I was given Only Chilli Sauce. And top it all, One patty divided into 2 parts while the pic shows 2 patties. I dont care about the Pic but really?? 1 in two parts? And you guys say its a Wow offer? its better to pay more for 2 patties and my choice of sauce! Because subway sauces are really something a customer looks forward to! and Only Chilli sauce makes it taste bad!!! Please do something about this! 2) Previously Chicken Ham Subs would have 3 slices of ham, Now all of a sudden, you are giving 2! you guys are increasing the price, understandable! But dont reduce the quantity! Please!!! I was a huge fan of subway really. But this Hinjewadi outlet has made me gradually dislike it. First the weird aloo patty with only chilli sauce and then 2 ham slices instead of 3. Is it only this shop doing it or is it your new policy to reduce customers??? Absolutely shocking!!       I hv been a regular to subway abroad and in gurgaon and but sorry to say that Ansal Plaza subway is useless. The is no management in this subway. They dont know how to handle the customer when they are more than 5. The attitude of the staff is very poor. When giving deals also sometimes onions missing sometimes breads of choice not there...what is all this...does subway really care for its customers or LOOSE YR NAME by giving to people like ones at Gurgaon...DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM OR CLOSE IT

      Subway reflect in the list of sodexo valid outlet in just dial- but they dont have any tie-ups. kindly update your lists so the customer doesnt get bothered.

        How can an international chain like Subway treat their consumers so badly? Firstly, when we ordered a roast chicken, all we got was a plain veg sub delivered to us and to top it off the rude waiter Dheeraj at the Andheri East outlet refused to admit his mistake and actually had the audacity to ask us to re-check the sub (like we're stupid enough to not be able to find the chunks of chicken the first time?).... Really really pathetic service and bad treatment of Subway loyalists.... We paid for a roast chicken and we got a stale veg sub. We want our money back....

        Misleading photos of bread

        I ordered a subway sandwich to be made in multi grain bread. The multi grain bread had no grains in it at all. I had to bring the bread very close to my eyes in order to find a few grains here and there.

          I had visited the Subway Fast Food Restaurant on 26/04/2012 around 5:46 pm on Thrusday in Ahmedabad which is located as Subway Kameshwar Foods, Shop no 1, Pushpak Complex, Opp. Prahalad Nagar, Auda Garden, Vejalpur, Anand Nagar Road, Ahmedabad. Whose Owner and General Manager are Mr Krunal & Mr Dhaval respectively.

          There I have ordered a Veggie Delite with Italian Bread, while eating the Sandwich there was a big stone in the bread which went inside my mouth and unknowingly I chewed it and I hurt my tooth badly, after bringing this matter in notice to the concerned person (Mr Mahendra) there was no action taken from there end.

            Dear Sir, I am regularly visit at your store but one problem is still as it is at your store and that with your gate keeper and the person who manage clock room. when ever I submit my bag at clock room he refuse to accept helmet. Now the person who came for shopping and submitting every thing to clock room then how can he put up a helmet with him. On other side the way of talking is so rood......i request to you please handle it and do needful action

              I had eaten Chicken Achari at Subway on[protected] from Ludhiana branch at the newly opened branch at Dugri.I want to state that after 2hrs of eating the meal I had severe stomach ache which led to the food poisoning in the form of vomiting and loose stomach.                 Subway — giving wrong product and overcharging

                i told them to give me sub a salad sandwich and they gave me a salad...so i had to take the salad and pay 80 rs more...very dissapointes..i called to a no. for feedback provided by them...they did'nt refund me back my money

                  Subway — Charging Exorbhited Prices

                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                  Hi, Hope your doing well. This complaint is inregards that i had gone to a subway resturant in powai on 29/07/2009 at 20:48:24 Store No.: 36504 Receipt # [protected] n I asked for a cold drink pet bottle for which they charges me 35.00 rs. instead of 23.00 which is printed on the bottle when asked the store person he told that's the subway rate so please tell me what is the procedure for the same if i wanna file a complaint then what is suppose to be done that would be of great help.
                  I HAVE HAD SEVERAL EXPERIENCES AT THE VISHAKAPATNAM SUBWAY.THE OWNER IS VERY ARROGANT AND REFUSES TO OFFER THE SUB OF THE DAY AND ANY OFFERS GIVEN BY THE MAIN SUBWAY.IT IS THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER SEEN.IT SURELY DEGRADES THE COMPANY NAME...I THINK SUCH SUBWAYS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN...

The attitude of the owner one lady is very arrogant. Never hardly any deals.                   I stay in Gurgaon and ordered for Sub of the day for home delivery. When they delivered, the price was that of a normal sub. When asked- the delivery boy said that for delivering sub of the day, normal charges would apply and not that of "sub of the day rate", which is Rs. 75. Though I was not informed about this while placing the order.
                  Called up sec-53 subway, where I placed my order and they said the guy who took the order is new and wasn't aware of it, next excuse was that a regular customer would know about this policy. And then the manager had the guts to say that I could return the order!!
                  There is no customer service at all!
                  1. They should inform about price change while taking order
                  2. A well experienced person should take the order on phone
                  3. If they have done a mistake- they should accept it and make the customer happy, rather than be arrogant about it.
                  I would like to give vizag subway a minus vote, if that was possible, the owner is absolutely arrogant. Even when you pay for a regular sub, they still act cheap and don't put vegetables of our choice. I have had a horrible experience with them, once I had asked them to put olives in my sub, they charged me extra for it first of all and then they put only 3 (yes, three pieces of olives only) when I tried to argue with the fat owner, he tried to show me a picture sub on their board and said look, " this is how subway operates ". I told him to see clearly, that even on the sub in the picture there were more olives, than 3. He then argued back and told me not to come there if I can't bare it. Well this is my experience there and I m sure, that fat lard of an owner, has done similar things to other people. Is this a forum where customers like us can only cry for help, or will this actually help us and our city, by cancelling his license so it's a good lesson for people like these, just because they Own few things in vizag doesn't mean that they can get away with things like this. Hopefully this forum will assist us and help our city get a better subway. I am not sure if subway will actually read this, but come on your an international brand with some standards, please maintain them and don't let people like these taint the goodwill that you have got after years of being in the business.

                  bad food - not worth the money

                  id went to subway restaurant, Gold souk and had a sandwich which was not good at all. even low end bakery give better ones. will never go again

                    being a die hard fan of subway i had faced huge disappointment after visiting this outlet..
                    1. The sandwich bread was so hard to chew and it was burnt across the edges
                    2. There was a hair in the sandwich and no replacement was provided for it
                    3.the chips pack which is suppose to cost us RS 10 as per the MRP was charged for Rs 20 which is against the Indian Consumer Laws 1986

                    On an telephonic complain to franchise owner Mr Neeraj Mehra, he said to return our money but nothing happened and money was also not returned

                    this was a highly disappointing experience i had with subway and soon I will be filing a consumer court petition for charging more than MRP.

                    i just wanted to inform you as it will deteriorate the Brand Value of Subway, therefore i request you to take some action against franchise like this...

                    Subway — unbearable late service

                    my name is sayantika mitra.subway has been a favorite food joint for us for last 4 yrs.although we know it charges us far above then it should actually be.but i and my friends always appreciate the taste and know the fact one needs to pay more for something good.but today 14th february 2010...i was at a subway joint opened recently at karvenagar,pune.i reached subway @ 1:15 pm and just order a 6 inch long sub and a salad.according to my experience of 4 yrs i can say the preparation time for these two takes hardly 10 mins...not a min more...n to that if i add a fact of crowd i can take another 10 mins...but the lazy staffs were not at all inetrested or even bothered in serving and were deliberately killing time.i finally got my parcel after 50 long minutes and that to after yelling.totally unprofessional,nonsense,bunch of careless, good for nothing stuff.they dont care about their owners reputation nor about others time.i dont think these people deserve to work any where.i''ll request the owner to please think about the matter if they dont want to face undue loss in buisness because if he continues t work with such staffs nobody is going to even give a look at subway,karvenagar.

                    Subway — Home delivery Service not meeting standard

                    Home delivery in sector 50 was pathetic. Order was taken keeping customer in confidence about the specific choice but not delivered as per the order. Even after following up on phone, no response to improve the service and customer satisfaction.

                      The complaints regards to the following:

                      1. Measurement standard on Product – Coke was 400 ml (as mentioned on glass in which it was served) whereas receipt was given for 16 oz which i do not understand and as far as i know the same are not permitted in Standard Units of Weights and Measures.
                      2. I was charged RS. 35=00 for Coke – 400 ml (as mentioned on glass in which it was served) whereas the served Cold Drink was not chilled and all advertisements of COCA COLA mention the same to be served as chilled. On asking for Ice Cubes the same was denied to the served and i had to content with WARM COLD DRINK whereas the amount charged @ Rs. 35=00 is against the services provided by the outlet, SUBWAY INFINITI MALL (includes SUBWAY) in this case is higher than MRP of bottled COCA COLA and the same has been permitted under the admission by such stores that they serve the beverage chilled and requires refrigeration, provision of ice, etc. which was not done in this case.
                      3. Also the brochure / leafer which was provided at the same store depicts a picture of COCA COLA glass topped with ICE whereas the product served was nor chilled nor Ice Provided and the same has been confirmed by STORE MANAGER who infact challenged to go to any authority as serving ice and chilled COCA COLA is not required which is in contradiction to the amounts charged, advertisements of COCA COLA, SUBWAY Brochure made available at the store. The Store Manager infact threatened & abused me on being asked to stamp and acknowledge the same on the receipt behind which was ultimately done on persuasion & arguments of other colleagues with me present at store.
                      4. Receipt date is 08th September 2008 whereas the date was 08th August 2008 which brought to notice at the store

                      I also hereby request the concerned authorities to take stern action against SUBWAY INFINITI MALL & SUBWAY as above and i am sure that since SUBWAY is an international brand and has been franchising the stores with their practices, brand name, etc. the same procedures are being followed as all 123 retail outlets of the SUBWAY in the country. This amounts to cheating to the public at large and a detailed inquiry be instigated against them. I also demand that they be also be intimated & ordered to display the following at all their stores:

                      1. Beverages & Cold Drinks Served Chilled. Ice Provided on Request
                      2. All Measurements of Beverages be as the Standard Units (ml.)

                      Infact the above should be made a strict rule where ever Cold Drinks are served and specially where Beverages are served with Dispensing Machines.
