Dear Sugama Tourists Support Team,
I am writing this complaint on behalf of my cousin to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent journey with your service scheduled on 25th June at 8:05 PM from Bangalore to Shastri Circle.
As per the schedule, the bus was expected to reach Shastri Circle around 7:10 AM on 26th June, but even as of 11:30 AM, the bus had still not reached the destination and was reportedly travelling through Coorg. This extensive delay has caused significant inconvenience as I had to report to my workplace this morning, and an entire working day has been wasted.
Furthermore, the tracking link that was provided falsely indicated that the final destination had already been reached, which is absolutely incorrect and misleading.
This level of service is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I request a full refund for this journey or appropriate compensation for the delay and misinformation provided.
I hope you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action at the earliest.
