I had ordered online products from them and some of the products i received defective. When I raised return request they said they don't have reverse pickup facility at my pincode where they delivered the products.
They are saying if I want refund then i will have to ship the products and if I want replacement they can arrange replacement. It is not possible for me to ship the products because at my pincode courier service is not available. I will have to travel 30-40 kms to ship the products.
They have mentioned on their website that they have hassle free 15 days return policy. why are they even delivering the product at the location where they cant arrange reverse pickup.
