Sir/madam I purchase karbonn mobile k888 iemi no [protected] from mobile house jalandhar punjab. After one month usage there is some fault in battery then i go to service center on 5/09/2016.in service center they said that battery is not working properly and say they will replace battery free of cost with in a week. But till upto today 20/10/2016 they are saying u have to wait. So u pls see the matter as early as possible or i have to take some other step to solve this matter.
