Sulekha — additional amount deducted from credit card | |||
I made a payment of rs. 7316 on 8th august, 2019 and got a balance of rs. 6078. On 20th august, 2019 another rs. 7316 was deducted from my account. Apparently caused by auto-recharge. But i do not understand why recharge would be initiated just 12 days after starting campaign. My sulekha balance at the time of recharge was around rs.[protected]. Neither the balance was zero nor the the 1 month period of the package was anywhere close to ending. I was informed that this balance has been added to the next month package which i never agreed to in the first place. This is blatant misuse of credit card details of individuals.
