Sulekha.com — 3 BHK Independent house - area mentioned in incorrect | |
Gave a Platinum paid rental advertisement in Sulekha.com, booking id is 749581.Location of the house automatically selected in the website is Pahadi shareef which is incorrect. The correct location is Telangana Housing Board colony, Raviryal, which is not accepted by the website. Have been calling Sulekha Customer care daily from Monday to Friday, everytime customer care executive says will arrange a call back from sales team but nobody calls from the Sales team. Customer care says they can only leave a message to sales team but cannot connect the call. As my advertisement money is total waste due to incorrect location, pls arrange to refund me the amount.
