[Resolved] Sulekha.com — a technician who has damaged my acer laptop | |||
I was looking for someone to help me with my laptop and I got this person contact via your website. This so called technical person and his team have spoiled by laptop and I cannot get it fixed anywhere without paying 20, 000rs worth of damages. I told this guy, don't fix or do anything to the laptop, just figure out what is the problem and let me know. He has screwed up my entire 25, 000rs worth laptop. He has put markings, stickers everywhere. Soldered a part, dropped powder on the display to which he said, oh little fell down, take it out with coconut oil. Which it didn't work. But he just wouldn't take responsibility to spoiling someone's property. When he was confronted about the stickers and markings and soldering. He blamed it on the acer company that they have done it. Where as they have not, I have given them my laptop today and they have immediately sent me pictures to what damages are there before they get blamed as they had made a company job sheet. This guy has taken 2000 rs from me and done so many damages In return. Especially after tellin him, don't do anything to the laptop. I will find the company and get them to have a look. When the laptop has been opened, who knew there was so much damages done inside on hardware. He does not take responsibility, he is very messy, he is inconsiderate, he does not answer his phones and when he does, he has millions of excuses and hangs up the phone. What kind of a person is this? Now it makes sense to why he was avoiding the calls cuz he did not expect me to find out what he has done after repeatedly calling and telling him, don't touch the laptop, Dont fix the laptop. He has Done damages and then shows attitude ? I suggest my complain be taken very strongly. Attaching photos of his unwanted messy job!
