Sulekha.com — About closing my business account and answer notice sent by my advocate and stop sending messages as it's increasing my stress level.

My compaign I'd was 1749141
I opened account on 12 th March and cash amount of 4720 Rupees given to Agent of Sulekha.
Before opening account they didn't tell about monthly charges 400 Rs.

When I ask for closing account information agent said he don't know anything about it.
After a call of confirmation I heard about it that if you're not satisfied with Sulekha you can close your account within 7days and get full refund.
16th March I got to know from their services that it's not at all working for me and just waste of money and as didn't get a single leade and then mailed sulekha.profile.net about this and got no response.
And requested Incharge to contact me but everything gone waste as they are insisting me not to close account and said continue one month if it doesn't work we will refund you back.
After one month When I called response is little different like sorry we can't refund you full amount as you have spent one month on Sulekha as per our policy so better you continue with Sulekha and many buttering kind of words ( marketing ).
I talk to 2-3 people long hours just to convince them to close my account and In last

Mahesh sir said yes for closing account with deduction of 720 Rupees tax plus 20%of 4000 Rs and I ask that would I get my refund fully back if I apply case in consumer court ??? He didn't reply.

I filled case in consumer forum and case is going.
But these people keep sending me messages and not removing my profile from Sulekha even after sending mails to stop this to Mahesh Ji and they don't refunded even a single penny of mine.

All messages keep increasing my stress again and again.
I m ready to file petition in court but if you are not able full refund my money.
I have waited this much 16 th March 2020 to 24th November 2020 may be case will take time ( how long i don't know) but for sure Court will charge fine on Sulekha.com for mental harrasment.

4700 Rupees I borrowed from someone and give it to Sulekha is my first mistake.

Really you have forgotten ethics this will sure give karma back to you as failure in your business.

Stop torture of message please.
It will increase your problem in case only.
