I have made a request for AC repair last year around September 2020. Mr. Javed Khan from Aircool approached me. Asked me to give this work and do not contact anyone else. His person came to my place and removed PCB from my machine. He said, it needs to get replaced. He changed PCB but my remote was not supporting it. So he said I shall change the remote. But he doesn't have it. So he asked me to give my remote and he will make the changes in it. All this thing took 4/5 months. In between, he never ever called me. Everytime I had to take follow up. He said I need to take the PCB with me and will return remote and PCB within 3/4 days. So I called him while winter, so that without AC, its OK. His person came and said, its not required to take a PCB with him. Then again Mr. Javed said, we need to take PCB. Now he is saying, that you need to replace your entire AC, because he can't find any solution to this. Now I have asked another person to check it out. He said the changed PCB is faulty and not working properly. Its a horrible experience. Hence please do not recommend. Was this information helpful? | |
