On 29th December 2020, I approached Sulekha, for suggesting the name of RTO service provider and Sulekha very kindly suggested the name of SANJAY NAGPAL of Sanish Enterprises, Ghaziabad. Sanjay Nagpal approached me and I decided to avail of the services of RTO agent Sanjay Nagpal. Sanjay Nagpal agreed to help me on a fee/ service charges of Rs 8500/- for transfer of RC (Rs 6500/- plus Legal heir certificate charges Rs 2000/-). Out of the said Rs 8500/- Sanjay Nagpal.hascollected Rs 7000/- so so far has neither delivered the RC nor the Legal Heir Certificate. Sanjay Nagpal is not responding to phone calls and whatsapp messages. Sanjay Nagpal appears to be a fraud and cheater.
I was under the impression that the service provider names suggested/recommended by you are reliable.
Please suggest me the best way out in this case. I have been using Sulekha.com for years for various requirement.

Updated by klbhalla SULEKHA is a reputed site and people believe that names of service provider suggested by Sulekha are not only reputed but highly reliable and believing that customers choose service provider. But it appears to be a misconception. Customers get trapped trusting Sulekhas service provider.

I have registered my business with Sulekha, one executive called me and i made the payment trusted on him but not getting correct leads, from my location as i selected location within 15 km but getting leads from whole delhi which is not useful for me and amount is deducting for leads. please check and resolve it asap.
