Dear Team,

I have register in sulekha one month back,

Till now I have received 7 leads that to scrap lead and detected amount of each lead 202 to 268 when I am trying to account manager (ashwini) see is not receiving call nor msg reply, finally I raised complaint for refund stoping service, today one of executive Mr mohan prasad called me and saying that we will not going to refund.

Need support and refund I am not happy with service and executive response.

This person called as Chandru approached me regarding the package and I informed him a month ago that I'm nit interested yet and if I require I'll contact him. Today 3.3.2021 he hasn't contacted me, but he says he contacted me. Later he s sending voice message stating that I don't have guts to take the package and I don't have capacity and many things... I have the voice note which I can share. Please do get this sorted asap before I go to consumer Court for putting a case

Updated by Bhaglmi Before this also an advisor misbehaved with me as I told that I'm not interested to take the package. This sort of behaviours s just not acceptable. Please call me on [protected] m I can explain in detail and I have the voice recording which I can provide to consumer Court to keep the person in jail

I have taken paid service from Sulekha. I'm having issue posting my advertisement. Have been following with customer care. After attempt calling multiple times. they picked up call. They responded me saying that their technical team will call me to address the issue but t's been 2 weeks, no one called and address my concern. very poor service that too for paid customers.

Please don't offer service if you cannot take care of customers concerns.

I need to delete my phone number and account with this website. They are not picking up my phone calls and have offered no service on their website for removing my phone number. I have also marked my request as "Done" but I am still receving calls from vendors. I have no issues against vendors who got my phone number through sulekha, but this website has done nothing to register my work as done or allow me to leave their service.

We were taking leads from sulekha from last one year (Feb 2020).
From the first month, they were providing some excuses due to pandamic (corona virus). They were trying to manipulate us. They were saying, they will fix our problem. so, they tried to change our campaigns. At last, when i did not get any result from there side.
I asked for refund. So, they denied about this. They are not refunding my left payment. So, i have no choice expect registering complaint.
They are not responding my calls.
I want my refund.
