We have registered with Sulkeha last year in the month of Nov 2019, for our company, the guy who came to us told us that each and every lead provided will be purified by us and given to you. After looking at the service I was shocked we have started receiving leads for job required requirements mainly not for our services.
After raising the complaint also know one is bothered to address it, many requests as been raised to resolve it but no one is bothered to address it.

And leads that are provided to me are also circulated to other 20-30 companies at the same time. if this is the case how will a client get converted to us?? Which is purely a fraud these guys are making and fooling people around.

When you raise a complaint no one bothered to answer but if you raise a request for new signup or inquiry they will call you in minutes.

My only request to you guys is refund my amount which I have paid on the name SCOPT VISA. We don't want your leads nor services nor your phone calls, fed-up with your services

              On 9th Dec I posted requirement for full time maid and in reference to that I was contacted SHIVKRIPA PLACEMENT SERVICES of Mahabaleshwar, Maharastra.Their representative Manoj Prajapati ( [protected]) contacted me, shared his visiting card, copy of agreement and based on their terms I made a payment of Rs 10, 000/- on 11th Dec, 20.Since then nobody is picking call, responding to SMS/WhatsApp.I wrote to customer care of Sulekha and their response is as follows.

              We would also like to inform you that Sulekha Local Services only provides the platform to list the business details and does not directly participate in or is it involved in any transactions.
              Please note that users of this service & buyers are completely responsible for all aspects of transactions or for working out the sale and exchange of goods or services. They must resolve any disputes that may arise in their dealings.
              It clearly indicates that Sulekha is not doing due diligence of vendors prior to registering them on their portal and is providing a platform to notorious element to cheat the genuine customers.

              Yes.this man is cheater he charged Rs 10000 for providing Home maid and since payment not picking the call...sulekha must block such vendors ...
              Yes this man is cheated me also and taking 9000 Rs for providing home maid and since payment now he is not picking my calls and not answering my WhatsApp messages now please help us.
              This man cheated 15k for home maid service at Nashik...After the payment was done..not picking call and blocked all our numbers...plz remove them.The calls were made from this number-[protected].

He asked me to transfer money(Rs 7000/-) to initiate the Bike pickup. After transferring the money he has stopped responding to phone calls and not arranging any pick up.

                          I had put a requirment for domestic help
                          For 24 hours i got call from a one them from saket by the name of mr Rawat from Shree Dham maid agency south extension part 1
                          They gave me maid for 12 thousand rs and 30 thousand commission by the deal even if we are not satisfied by the maid they will provide us with other maid or return the money
                          We were not satisfied by maid so they took the maid back by saying they will provide other its been 2 weeks they are giving are talking as thay they will return our money but giving excuses all the time
                          So its a request on my part that i trusted on this app as it has become a renowned one but trusting on this app his become a loss for me. Please try to get my refund as soon as possible

                            My ad in your web was answered by a lady, who claimed is a doctor. She said she wants to recommend her mother's caregiver to me, who is a nurse and has been taking care of her mother for 4 years. Due to her recommendations, I hired Kalyani Dhanekula, on 10-5-20. She turned to be a fraudulent one.
                            She did not do her job correctly and lied to us several times. She was not hygienic and was not a good nurse.
                            I hired Kalyani for taking care of my elderly client and her disabled son.
                            She treated my client roughly and demanding. Dropped her meds next to her bed, and my client was neglected from taking the right dosage for that day. She is suffering from very high BP. The caregiver ignored the visitors, and did not serve them properly. She taped the voice of people, including my client's son-in-law's. Told the son-in-law do not come to this house anymore, because the family does not like you.
                            She insisted to stay in the Master Bedroom which belongs to my client. While working, my client and I saw that she threw my client's clothes on the foyer from the third floor.
                            Her duties included taking care of all my client's needs, giving meds, cooking the way she likes, minor cleaning, serving few guests, and provide food to the disabled son.
                            Kalyani in the interview claimed she can handle the job, but it was a false claim of her. We finally came to conclusions to let her go.
                            We did not apart nicely, and she started fighting and arguing with me and the client's daughter. She did not act like a civilized person.
                            She did not act ethically.

                              I believe as per the government guidelines, no promotional SMS can be sent after 8PM. I’m receiving promotional SMS. Plus I haven’t even opted for SMS service. Just looking for a service and you have like making my life hell sending lots of SMS daily. Kindly stop sending SMS

                                    Then madam when you going to pay she asked...
                                    I said tomowor madam...
                                    Agai i asked pls tell me once again madam allready am not having job. Im getting some where and depositing the amout i said...
                                    She told sir you depositing the money in company name sir...not me she told clearly...
                                    Then i deposit the amount was 3545/- i told to madam pement cleard madam. When i get calls.
                                    She told chennai peolpe was calling you... I shocked..
                                    Before she told when you depositing the amount within 2 hours you will get calls...
