Hi,
I had a, requirement of babysitter, I raised request in sulekha. After that I got a call from service provider company name "SReE SUrAkHa HomE CaRe services, they told me they will provide the services and I have to pay 2000 as registration fee. I done the payment and he has shared two people adhar card and arranged a call with one person, she agreed to come from next day. After that he asked me to do payment of 12000 as agency charge. I told him I will after person started coming. He has given diff logics and I paid 6000 and told him Will send rest amount after work will started. Next day lady refused to come. I called agent and informed him the same then send send another lady to my home for service. She also agreed to work and after that I have paid remaining 6000 as he told me to do that. I asked him to provide bill, he told me he will send but its been 5 days since payment and he has not shared the bill and next day that lady also refused to come. After all these incident he has not send any worker profile for work and also not shared the bill. He is not pucking up the call as well when I asked him to return money. Kindly help me with this.
I am going through mental torture because of this. I just want my money back.

If you guys promise that after posting negative comments my money will be refunded then surely I will do it.
I have lost my money and facing torture for this. I need my money back and sulekha is responsible for this fraud as you guys are not doing any background verification properly of service provider so this fraud has happened.
