Please delete my account. I am fed up with receiving all anonymous calls from the course i wanted to join. I have already joined another course using another source. My phone number is [protected]. I originally wanted to learn how to speak hindi. Now i am getting maybe 4-5 calls from random people per day. Please remove my number from your database as well as my account. I am enfuriated. I never thought this would ever happen.

    Regarding my request technicians from s. S. Technology from pallikaranai rectified the problem of the wash m/c and they collected rs 1350/ as service charge and change of spin control motor. To day i try to operate the m/c and found it is not working. E x pecking the good and prompt service from you. Kindly look into this matter. Try to solve the problem. Thanks.

      Hi,

      I registered in Sulekha for Maids service, and I got a call from shanti, Mobile no : [protected]
      SHe came to my home the next day, with a maid(Lakshmi- she claims as Lakshmi) and made ma fill a form under the name Maheswari services
      and insisted that I pay 2500 deposit and also 200 rs auto charges . She also said that the deposit will be refunded once we decide we dont need the maid. This happened on 10th April, 2018

      Since then she stopped answering my calls, and after checking online, I found all complaints regarding this Shanti and her frauds in JustDial site as well.

      PLease do not trust this Maheswari Services and also help me get my refund back.

      Actully i want to delete my account from plus my number also i had tried alot but i am unable to it..please help me and delete my contact number plus account from sulekha property
      IIF ANYBODY READING THIS AND COME ACROSS THIS PERSON PLEASE COMPLAIN AND HANDOVER TO THE POLICE AS THIS CHEATING IS GOING ON FOR A LONG TIME.

      I had placed a request for maid services in Sulekha on 24.12.2018.

      After registering got a call from a person called Priya who brought a maid and after convincing took advance of 2500 as 50 % advance .For the next day not picking up calls.
      Her phone no is[protected].
      agency name :Real Home services.

      It is obviously fake as the address looks fake and the form also is fake and copy as in the previous complaints in Sulekha i found the same letterhead just now..The mistake is that i did not confirm or cross check the address and aadhar detaiils before payment.Looks like this is the modus operandi to collect phone numbers from sulekha and call on people and collect money.

      i have attached the forms she gave me.I noticed today it is the same as the copied letterheads in some other complaints about sulekha complaints except name is changed on top.

      Sulekha has the responsibility to send us the agencies numbers to which they are forwarding our phone numbers.This was not done and i did not receive any SMS toof agency numbers.Sulekha has to share the details to see if we can trace the culprits.The security of the customers is at stake as anybody, any criminal can get access to our address and phone number.Sulekha is accountable to release the numbers of the agencies whome they have shared our contact numbers.

      People be careful with agencies contacting through SULEKHA.

        I had paid rs 1050 for. Commercial ad to the executive but after 3 days sulekha executive has told rs1500 for commercial. But i am ready to pay the balance but they are reluctant lethargic and still not posted the ad. Worst customer care and lethargic staff. Sd illa is cheating the consumers. I had requested to escalate the call but the customer care has told gone for lunch or in meeting.

        I request consumer forum to arrange refund of money. Worst service cheating the people. Next i will represent my complaint to pmo office and ministry of information and broadcasting.

          Hi,
          I asked for tv repair service from sulekha and i was given contact of speed plus services.

          Now my tv - micromax led has been picked up for services from my jp nagar residence bangalore 15 days ago, after that there is no response from them. I tried contacting mr sagar - on [protected] but he never answers the calls. Even if i call speed plus office [protected].. No one answers and it gets diverted to sulekha office.

          I want my tv to be returned if it cannot be fixed. And these people should have courtesy to reply their costumers calls.

          We even tried to reach their office address but we could not locate them at the given address.!!!

          I need response from the speed plus and want my tv set back as soon as possible.

            We share all the details & cheque by 12th feb 2018. But after chasing your team for at least 2 weeks our a/c wasn't activated for another 15 days. Once we got it activated after 20 -22 days, not even a single lead have been fruitful out of 6 leads in the past 2 months. We were promised 4-5 leads a day! Your entire team is really arrogant & provides with no help. We have been chasing them for a/c deactivation since more than a month now but now help have been provided!. I need an immediate refund else we'll have to take the matters to the consumer court

              This is regarding the booking and lead taken from sulekha.com through state cargo packers and movers[protected].

              This is a shear case of blackmail, fraud and theft.
              1. First they have settled rate at rs.20000+ gst+ insurance totaling rs. 28600. But after picking all household items they sent me invoice of rs. 32240. Invoice copy attached.in such circumstances i was forced to make the whole payment. After that their behavior changed completelyand mr rajesh sharma/ jitesh tiwari told me that your goods will be delivered after 3-4 days (Travel time is only 16 hours)
              2. Moreover state cargo packers and movers are not picking my phone.

              I with my family is suffering very badly. Don't know what to do.

              I request sulekha.com to take this matter on priority and support me as far as possible.

                Dear team sulekha,

                It is informed that i, jagminder goel was in need for a female domestic help and accordingly an online requirement for the same was posted by me on dated 03/02/2018 on your website.in response of the same a person telling his name sh. Shobhanand kumar yadav and quoting owner of krishna maid bureau, contacted me from his mobile nos. ([protected] & [protected]) with intimation that he is ready to provide a female maid as per our requirement at the salary of rs. 5000/- per month plus rs. 21000/- as his onetime commission. The maid was to be provided on 1 year contract agreement and rs. 26000/- (One time commission fee and 1 month salary of the maid) were to be paid, in advance, at the time of supply of the maid. After my telephonic consent, he sent a photograph of a girl namely anema through whatsapp from mobile no. [protected] on 03/02/2018 at 01:18 p. M. For its perusal. After my consent the above girl was dropped at my residence in the morning of 04/02/2018 through a girl telling her name sucheta. I paid rs. 26000/- to the above girl sucheta along with another rs.550/- as a fair charge and she gave me a pre - signed receipt for rs 26000/- for the same. A copy of agreement in duplicate was also handed over to me for my signature and one copy of the same was given to me for my record. But, id of the maid was not handed over to me at the time and was informed by sh. Shobhanand that the same will be handed over within 2-3 days and police verification of the maid will also be get done by him within 1 week.

                The above maid namely anema, conveyed to my family on dtd: 05/02/2018 that she was not willing to work in my house. As such, mr. Shobhanand was informed accordingly with a request to replace the maid. Mr. Shobhanand informed us that he will replace the maid with sucheta next morning, but, id. Of sucheta would be handed over after few days to me as the same is not available presently with her. On dtd: 06/02/2018 sucheta was dropped at my house, after some time the maid disappeared. Upon this i contacted to mr. Shobhanand with information that the maid sent by him as replacement had fled. Mr. Shobhanand conveyed his surprise upon the incident and assured me that he is sending back earlier girl anema to me shortly. But, after some time when anema also didn’t turn up, i tried to contact mr. Shobhanand but he stopped responding to my calls.

                On feeling that i have been cheated in a pre - planned way, a complaint was filed with haryana police, gurugram and investigation for the same is under process.

                Mean while, i also tried myself to investigate into the matter and found surprising outcomes. A big gang under the disguise of firm “krishna maid bureau” enlisted as service provider with your organization is operating in delhi - ncr region and this gang is duping innocent persons of their valuable money in the name of supplying domestic maids. When any person raises/ posts his requirement for domestic help online with your website "www.sulekha.com", then, the person also receives a call from the above mentioned accused firm. After negotiation an amount ranging from rs. 25000 to rs. 30000 is demanded in cash and maid is supplied after receiving the payment. This maid is used to get disappear from the home after some time and the person is duped and his any further call to the accused would not be picked up. Addresses shown on the documents supplied by the accused firm at the time of supply of the maid are fake.

                Dear sir, when you search about this krishna maid bureau on google, you would find lot of complaints from various persons in respect of their duping by the above mentioned named fellow. Even address shown on google of the firm is fake. The above gang has been found using land line phone i. E.[protected] and some mobile numbers i. E. [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. One of email id pertaining to the firm is "[protected]@gmail.com".

                If your organization is not aware of all the above criminal activities carried by a service firm enlisted with you, despite so many online complaints, then it is very surprising.

                Keeping in view the above all facts, it is requested to supply scanned copies of all the documents through email, relating to the firm krishna maid bureau, which must have been got deposited by you at the time of enlistment/ registration of the firm to help in apprehending the culprits and to save innocent citizens being duped from them, in future. It is made clear very firmly that any non cooperation on this account would be treated that you people are also hand in gloves with the culprits and a fir will be lodged against you also.

                  Hi,

                  I booked a courier service to send an activa from mumbai to the bhandara by eizee express solutions. They reached out to me after inquiring on sulekha. The activa was picked up from my place in mumbai on 12th of march 2018. The courier service said it will reach destination within 3 days. But it is yet to arrive. On calling him multiple times he is given random reasons for shipping it. Sometime he says he doesnot have the id to ship it even though a copy of aadhar card was provided to him with copy of other documents.

                  We want to get the bike delivered asap and the courier service should be fined for poor services and fraud.

                  The persons name who came to pick up the bike is promod. His contact number +91 [protected].
                  His picture with the bike and bill is attached with this complaint.

                      I am P C Naskar a Mutual Fund Advisor, of 13/2 Santosh Roy Road, Kolkata 700008 communicate with your kolkata office for buying leads. They have taken a cheque of Rs 4721/- but due to some doubt in your talking I do not want to business with you. But you collected my money of Rs 4721/- but no leads has been given. I talked to Mr Imran in charge of your kolkata office who do not give any importance of my grievances. He sometimes do not receive the phone and when receives tells irrelevant word. Pl arrange either to refund money or give the leads of my bussiness .

                          ​This is with reference to my ongoing campaign with Sulekha.com for my company "Journey Ease Pvt. Ltd", Campaign ID - 1522305 for Tour Operator - MPM plan. I am writing this concern as I am very disappointed with the quality of leads we are getting this time around, it is really very poor. Literally out of 177 Net delivered leads, there is just 01 conversion so far so the money I have paid towards this campaign is all going in vain and getting wasted. I have already informed the same on number of occasions with your customer care people, calling to take the feedback but nothing really happens. All they have to say at the end is "Sir, you still have these many leads left, don't worry, you will get good leads and conversions", but nothing really happens.

                          Therefore, I am writing this complaint to the concern to end the campaign with immediate effect and refund the money for the remaining leads on pro-rata basis​ after deducting the amount of the leads delivered. It is a serious concern and request to take it on priority. Please understand that I taken your campaigns earlier as well on 3-4 times now and have never been this disappointed and that's the reason that I paid for this campaign again. I still have the same deals and offers as earlier & the equipped professionals to handle these queries, so nothing much has changed at my end.

                          ​Hence, I am looking forward for a positive response and a prompt action on my request to avoid inconvenience.

                          The Sulekha people are lairs. The never fulfill there commitments. As per the actual calculations and number of leads delivered as per cost per lead, the refund amount should be Rs. 9, 334/-, but when I reported to them about the same, they came back with silly charges heads like activation charges etc. & even manipulated the number of leads delivered and rudely concluded that Rs. 7, 434/- only can be refunded, take it or leave it.

                          Therefore, since I did not had any other choice then to accept the amount they are refunding and ask them to initiate the refund but they again fall short of their commitment at every level, I have only received a refund of Rs. 6, 340/- now, another Rs. 1, 094/- short of there own agreed and committed amount even on this platform.

                          Really really disappointed with their poor services and commitments. Also now I am sending mail to them reporting this issue but no one is responding to my mail.

                          Poor... Poor... Poor... Service. I will never recommend Sulekha to anyone if this is their level of service and commitment. Request this respected forum to please look into the matter and help me to get a reasonable compensation, this is so much of harassment to me by Sulekha.com.

                            I took their prime package of rs 4720, and sulekha promised me to provide 40 leads, its been more than 1 month, i have only receive 3 leads, and i have been trying these guys (Karuna sharma the name of girl who sold this package to us, and now she is not responding) but they people are not answering the call. Very bad support service, i want my money back, else i will file a legal notice against them, if they keep me waiting or not responding.

                              Dear sir,

                              I, navitesh wadhwani is register in sulkha.com for business in ahmedabad.
                              My business name is anjo tax consultancy. I opt for paid service and paid the fees on 13.02.2018. There is almost a month completed but there is not any single lead.
                              So, i enquired about this on your helpline number on 15.03.2018 and 17.03.2018.
                              I got a response that my business is not fully activated and not shown as lead to others and they only tell me to wait for some time.
                              I want to know that how much time i have to wait, almost a month complete and is there not any courtesy call or mail to inform us about the problem.
                              So, i am not agree with the way of working you have.
                              I also attach the payment receipt which i received. So, please find the attachment.
                              Beside this, person whose name is ankit chavda who is unit head for renewal in ahmedabad come to my office for explain the procedure. After getting payment, he also don't respond my problem and call only for demanding only new product. When i call him to discuss this problem, he said he was busy and talk to me later and almost 1 week, no call receive from his side.
                              Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible because your working style harm my business procedure. I take the leads that time because i need new leads to grow but very bad service provided by your department.
                              Please take immediate action.

                                  I am a customer of your company from last 3 years as a key word (Advocate and lawyer) in patna and i paid a heavy amount to be top on your list at serial no. 2 as per your employee of your company but due to your mistake or negligence this time i have been posted at serial no. 8. After renewal my plan. On last and every conversation of your employee from last 3 years is that of your employee words are once you select your place that place has been fixed for you till when i himself remove the selected place or when i did not pay for renewal. But on last occasion i renew my plan before expiration of my date but i am not listed at serial number 2. So, kindly assist me on this note.

                                    I don't know how this company got my cell phone number and i don't even know what they do but an agent by the name of santhosh from[protected] calls repeatedly, even after i have told him i am not interested in marketing with them, to remove me from his call list, and that i have an attorney will will charge them $11, 000 per solicitation call because i am on the do not call list. I am reporting them to the better business bureau today and hope that this puts an end to the call before i really do get my attorney involved.

                                      Dear folks,

                                      If you are planning to take an online training from sulekha then this review is for you.

                                      They took my money 618$ (Usd) and wasted my time (10months),

                                      Let me share my experience in brief,

                                      I was looking for it training and placement while searching on google; sulekha name appeared that they give training and also provide job placement,

                                      Then i called sulekha to know more about it training and placement, they said our clients will call you for further discussions,

                                      Here comes their client belinfotek (Scammer) they called me and pleased me to enroll with them as they give training as per the current market and also provide job placement with their vendors and clients as they got many jobs openings, i was trapped with these words and i had to pay these cheaters,

                                      Training - they agreed to complete within 5 to 6 weeks but they took 12 weeks to complete after many follow-ups with sulekha

                                      Resume – they agreed to complete within 1 to 2 weeks but they took 8 weeks to prepare my resume after many follow-ups with sulekha

                                      Mock interview - every time i was asked to gain more technical knowledge, as i was trained on a basic level it was impossible for me,

                                      Vendor interview – it was fake interview some xyz companies called me they took my interviews and never shared the outcome, then one day i called them back to check my status, well i was shocked to know that they were it training companies and they said we are not vendors to conduct interviews and apologized me maybe there staff called me, till now no clue about this,

                                      Job placement – when asked for placement - belinfotek & sulekha stopped communicating and blocked my calls and they are not replying my emails,

                                      I have sent more than 500 emails and called them every day and left voicemails to call back and update my status but till now there is no response from them.

                                      Don’t be a victim like me with sulekha and their clients, read their reviews and then decide your future,
