My issue still remain unresolved.

This is in connection to my request to delete a review by me posted in April 2022.

Why is it a huge task for Sulekha company to delete a review posted by me when I myself want it to be done?

    I have sent emails to [protected]@sulekha.com requesting to delete a review posted by me. The ticket numbers are 3417544 and 3417493. I called the customer care on[protected] and he said the team will not be able to help as the review can be deleted by me within 90 days of posting. I had posted the review before 13 months and not able to delete from my end.

    Request to the technical team to kindly look into this and provide the necessary support and get the review deleted.

    It is very crucial for me to get those reviews deleted. I do understand that there are certain norms of a company which needs to be abided, but there are exceptions always and on the basis of humanitarian grounds we need to help eachother. These reviews are creating disputes in my family and your organization must consider my issue and help me resolve it. You have kept the total control of that review so you only need to delete it. I am not asking for something that is out of your reach or impossible to change.

      Registered for service for the washing machine. Through sulekha a service person contacted and quoted Rs.550 for spare parts and Rs.350 for service charge.
      After the service is done, he claimed Rs.1650 for spare part and Rs.350 for service charge.

      When asked, he says that he quoted Rs.1650 only and plays the recorded audio call of the enquiry as the proof, where he has edited the audio where he says the amount Rs.550 to Rs.1650.

      We were fooled and paid the amount.

                      Last week I booked an ac. Serviceman in Sulekha. The serviceman did not repair the ac well. He got Rs.2000. I called him many times( more than 100 times). At last, he attended the call and talked very rudely. I have been calling him for the past four days. He is not attending the call. I want my money back.

                        This is to inform you that we are not at all happy with the services and the leads given by sulekha to our business. We are trying to make your executive understand our issue But she is not at all understanding our pain of not getting relevant leads.

                        we purchased your services on 11th march 2023 and till now we don't have a single student got converted by sulekha.
                        As we are already associated with other platforms for getting leads, and the conversions we cannot even blame our counsellors for not getting leads converted in sulekha.

                        Infact got feedback from them that we are not getting relevant leads.

                        We asked your executive to make us understand the reason behind it then also as per her guidance we are not satisfied.
                        As the changes suggested by her are not yet done by your sulekha backend team as well.

                        Nobody is bothered about the pain we are facing.

                        Hence now we cannot stretch it any more.
                        Please initiate our refund.

                        As we are raising this issue from the date we purchased the services.
                        Initially we were told to wait for some time to get relevant leads, then we are getting reply that REFUND IS POSSIBLE ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE.

                            I want to get my number/account deleted/removed from sulekha site on immediate basis.

                                      Hi,
                                      I had a, requirement of babysitter, I raised request in sulekha. After that I got a call from service provider company name "SReE SUrAkHa HomE CaRe services, they told me they will provide the services and I have to pay 2000 as registration fee. I done the payment and he has shared two people adhar card and arranged a call with one person, she agreed to come from next day. After that he asked me to do payment of 12000 as agency charge. I told him I will after person started coming. He has given diff logics and I paid 6000 and told him Will send rest amount after work will started. Next day lady refused to come. I called agent and informed him the same then send send another lady to my home for service. She also agreed to work and after that I have paid remaining 6000 as he told me to do that. I asked him to provide bill, he told me he will send but its been 5 days since payment and he has not shared the bill and next day that lady also refused to come. After all these incident he has not send any worker profile for work and also not shared the bill. He is not pucking up the call as well when I asked him to return money. Kindly help me with this.
                                      I am going through mental torture because of this. I just want my money back.

                                      If you guys promise that after posting negative comments my money will be refunded then surely I will do it.

                                      I have lost my money and facing torture for this. I need my money back and sulekha is responsible for this fraud as you guys are not doing any background verification properly of service provider so this fraud has happened.
