Please delete my account from your database. Maiy please remove my number. I have been getting unwanted and spam calls everyday.

I have searched for a domestic help on Sulkeha.com and as soon as I did it, I have received a calls from numerous numbers and one of them was from Karthikeya Home Care Services which is listed on Sulekha.com.

Usually, I never pay money upfront without checking the office personally but as I need service urgently I paid money to the service provider thinking that Sulekha.com has done his background check. After receiving money, service provider started abusing on calls and then stopped receiving calls. When I checked for details of his address in Sulekha.com, everything is fake.

I have contacted Sulekha customer service, they said that they contacted service provider and mentioned they stopped his service. However, I still see the service provider ad in the Sulekha.com and also when I requested for service provider details, Sulekha stopped responding, it's been more than a week since I didn't receive reply from Sulekha.

I asked Sulekha to solve the issue or provide the service provider KYC details to file a police report. But, both did not happen.

I request Sulekha.com to refund the 15, 000rs I paid to service provider and also file a police complaint on him.

My ticket number for email thread with the customer support is 3350514. That email thread has all the payment details made to service provider.

I've been getting calls as soon as I registered..i want my account and +91 [protected] number deleted .. please get this issue resolved soon as possible. Thankyou ..

This is to inform everyone that sulekha is the worst company, they dont have proper customer service.. I, Rahul Nandy have renewed my contract on Sulekha for my business Green Saga . It was being renewed by accounts manager, Rahul Mistry from sulekha kolkata team.

Rahul Mistry committed me over ph that all the leads will get scrapped if I meet two conditions
1.) Leads should be called within 2 hours
2.) It shoud be disconnected within 2 minutes if the customer

I was a victim of Fraud using my Bank of America account ending in 8585 (Bank of America) as well as[protected]Chase) (please see attached communication to IC3 as well as description and history/summary of fraudulent charges.

Sulekha has been misguiding us since day 1. We made it very clear that we don't want any customers from India but we are only getting customers from India. We clearly mentioned that we want customers from outside India and they even confirmed the other countries names with us. They guaranteed us that they will provide us customers from outside India. Our money is stuck now. Neither they are refunding our money nor they are solving our issue. They are simply misleading us even now. We are really stuck. This is such a disgusting service from Sulekha. Didn't expect this.

I have been receiving so manu unwanted and spam calls from Sulekha, Kindly deactivate/deregister my mobile number associated to the company.
I already tried via company portal but it did not allowed.

People at Sulekha are a bunch of frauds who change their policies whenever they want. They don't have any work ethics and they just know how to cheat people by making them their customers. They don't provide you with proper documents, neither they commit to what they say. It's been 20 days since I have been using their services but from the very first day, I am not satisfied with their services. The first day they told me something which wasn't told to me by their sales lady like 200 rupees would be deducted automatically every month from my sulekha wallet, earlier they told me that they took full guarantee that the leads provided by them are genuine, but they are now telling me that "how would we know whether they are genuine or not". Piece of advice for everyone, just don't trust whatever they say. If you love your money then invest elsewhere and if you don't just give it to them, they'll burn your money in front of you.
