Hi all,

I have enquired for packers and movers to shift (One item only i. E. Washing machine) from visakhapatnam to hyderabad..

As per sulekha suggestions i got call from several vendors and i have finilized "amigo packers and movers". After waiting for few days i am making calls daily but they are saing will deliver tommorow.. They are saing same thing everyday.. After that i came to know that they (Amigo packers & movers) sold my washing machine to someone for money.

And also came to know that sulekha have deals with the specific packers and movers to cheat customers by making money

I tried fighting with them but no use. So please don't trust sulekha and their suggestions.

Please don't choose amigo packers and movers and vamsi packers & movers go for trusted brands only

Registered in sulekha to know about ssc coaching institute in coimbatore. Now i have joined in a institute, so please deactivate my account and my number - [protected]. Because am getting too many calls its annoying and irritating. So please stop all the calls. I dont need any information regarding this hereafter. Remove my sulekha account fully. Do the needs as soon as possible.

Registered with their services by paying the amount. After the payment they are saying, what ever leads is coming, we will forward the same,
Before they said, we will provide 200+ leads within 3 months fr this amt & 400 leads within 3 months fr another amt
Now saying only 10 leads per month is possible
But that also fake leads or irrelevant leads

I am disappoint from the service of Sulekha.com. The person namely Mr. Nizaam authorize person of M/s Spice Cool Refrigeration who cheated me Rs. 5000/- for repairing my air conditioner with the guarantee that in this season if any problem comes he will resolve. But only after a day same problem comes he could not even attend my phone nor my wife's phone neither he resolved our problem nor refund my payment.

Why Sulekha.com has recommended such person for public service.

Please redress my grievance and how much time will take refund my payment from Sulekha.com or M/s Spice Cool Refrigeraton for cheating my money.

I got to know about a website named http://flymantra.com/ from sulekha to book the flight ticket.
I booked my ticket on 28-april-2017 (Booking id - fly[protected] and money got deducted from my account.
But till now i have not received the ticket.
When i called indigo for the confirmation ; they told there is no booking done.
May i know what you people are doing?
Are you people promoting the fake company.
Flymantra is a fraud company and you people are advertising them so you people are cheater.
I donot know anything
Either send me my ticket or do the refund asap.
Hopefully you ppl take the matter seriously and response to my query.

Please donot spoil sulekha name by promoting fake sites.

This is to Inform you that their is absolutely no after sales service from sulekha.com, I have paid for the service in which they are suppose to send me leads under (prefered member) Dentist Category, my package has started on 07th april 2017 and its been 26 days i have not received any information about the leads from sulekha.com and the guy named nitin kumar (executive of sulekha.com south delhi zone) not at all responding to the calls.

Dear sir/madam

I had given my samsung led 32 to mr rajesh raut mob no [protected] (Rajesh electricals/ electronics) jaitala, nagpur on 21.3.2017 through sulekha online service, collected from home. He demanded
Rs. 7000/- half of the amount in advance, the same was paid on 25.03.2017. He promissed to complete job by 21.04.2017. Now he failed to do his job. Now he is not responding to calls.

Please help me.

This incident happened on 27th march, 2017,

A sulekha executive called karuna called me and told me should would give me 79 business leads in 45 days for rs 12075/- on keywords of "mobile app development" and "ecommerce soloutions", (I have a contract by her from her sulekha id)
I paid the whole amount after getting the contract,
Today its 27th april, 2017, a whole month has passed - i. E 30 days,
I have received only 3 leads and when i call karuna, she doesnt even answer,
Even after calling customer care and sending them multiple emails, no one has even replied,
Yesterday i got to know that even the keywords she had told me do not exist,
After calling customer care a 100 times, they never get me connected to the manager even after asking a million times,

Sulekha.com is just keen on getting money, all their agents only want to get money/scam the customer and then they is no service,

Last few days i have been talking to a sulekha executive who says the only way to get leads is to upgrade the package,

So basically first they scam you and then tell you to invest more in their company in order to get what they were supposed to give initially!

I am also attaching the contract and the emails received and send to sulekha.

I recieved a call from an executive forcing me to purchase a package then i denied him then he started abusing me i had a full voice clip the executive name is Rajesh, then afterwards i loged a complaint to Mr. abhishek regional manager of delhi he listened but didnt take any action and afterwards i recieved a call from sulekha they said they got my number for package.
moreoverly i am recieving calls from that executive saying "TU JO KAR SAKTA HAI KARLE SULEKHA MERE HAI" and many more abusive words that i cant disclose in public
I had a voice clip of that repersentative i request someone who can contact me and take a suitable action regarding this

Myself Ganesh V, I am the managing partner of Excel Manpower Services, Nagarbhavi, Bangalore.
Recently I got registered in sulekha for leads generation by paying 40000Rs, and my registered number is [protected]
From the day one I am not getting any leads, or even a confirmation about my membership. I am trying to get in touch with the concerned people who came to my office at the time of agreement but they are not attending my calls, infact they are purposely ignoring. One Mr yugesh attends my calls but I cant question him because madam saariga is the one who gave me fake promises and assurances about the package, the promises which were given by saariga are as follows.
1. Excel manpower services will be the coming under m.p.m
2. Minimum 200 leads has to be purchased
3. There will be validity of one year for the 200 leads you purchase
4. The leads keep changing for every 4 hours
5. Only if you use the lead your money per lead will be deducted
6. Any lead which are not relevant can be brought to the companies notice so that they will change it.
7. I[censored]nsatisfied the entire amount will be refunded.
8. Once the account gets activated one person will be sent from sulekha to guide about the app and dashboard and how to use it.
These were the things which were told by saariga but not even a single thing was fulfilled.
Inconveniences faced by us are
1. No one responds to my call except yugesh
2. We were not even intimated about the activation
3. I was not getting a single lead or call
4. We were not aware of the app and no one came to guide us as promised
5.when i called the customer care they say they have sent all the 200 leads in a matter of 4 days, logically speaking how will a person even take 200 leads and try to finish the leads in a month?
saariga had promised that one year validity will be there everyday fresh leads will be coming in the dashboard and every 4 hours the leads will be refreshed and fresh leads will be added
6. I have all the invoices and necessary documents to file a case, i am seriously unsatisfied and i even walked in the sulekha office in Bangalore which is in shivajinagar but not even a single person responded well
last time i am giving a try by sending you a mail try to rectify it or i am definitely filing a case in court.

This company is very poor service s company. its a fake company. you r employee name is Atul Kale And his boss also is a very bad manures person. hin logo ne mere pass se paise liye aur muje na receipt bhi nahi diya. aur 2time mera time bhi barbad kiya ...aur muje sirf guma rahe hai...wo mera cheque bhi return nahi de rahe hai...muje nahi chaiye apaki service ... muje mera paise wapas karo ...

Hi Everyone, This is the worst exprience of my life that i have listing our company to Sulekha.com.I[censored] would tring to list your bussiness with sulekha.com, it is a best company for scrap lead. If someone provide you on paper to gives you guniune leads, it means guniune leads. His manager is on medical leave, his excutives doesn't recieved calls i think all excutives are busy to impress some new client.
Sulekha Gives me atleast 60 leads in aprox 2 month and aonly 5 are guniune, 55 are scrap. i Am attached screen shot of my dashboard if any sulekha .com employee have some free time then kindly check other wise its a scrap from my side ... gud day

Hi guys, my company name - sheetla express and our work category - courier services gurgaon, for our business promotion and best courier service provide to our existing and new clients, i purchase the package as per my budget to sulekha.com to santosh mishra ([protected]) for around 14 months plan as per sulekha.com policy offer one time payment. After the purchasing 14th month plan minimum-20 days i not get any leads,

Multiple of times i try to contact santosh but this # person not attend our call. And block my contact no and email id. Then i inform the customer care contact no[protected] this same issues so razhiq a said sulekha not sell any offer 14 month and your package activate for 12 months. I pay one time payment by the credit card rs 14313/- after the package activate only the poor and wrong lead comes which already delivered. I inform this also so customer care said your package lower plan.

I request all my customers and new sulekha customers dont take any lead package through these guys they all are the cheater, fraud.

Cheater company deserves only negative rating for the kind of service they provide, their sales team just needs to get the cheque, once you pay the cheque its like you are robbed. Atleast after getting robbed there is a chance to claim your money, here no chance at all. So don't pay any money and stop using sulekha.com and stop expecting any good leads or business. Fake, fraud, cheaters, irresposible and im not getting more words than this.

I am bhushan mantri having a firm named amteq automation in pune. We had made contract with sulekha in august 2016. The sulekha executive (Raj mahto) visited my office for making renewal and at the final discussion for contract renewal, he told me that if i make payment of 23288 rupees for renewal, then i will be the highest paid customer for
Keywords selected and mpm package. So i will be getting first position on sulekha website listing until somebody pays more than me. So we paid the amount. The second day, our business gets listed on sulekha but that was not as per commitment. Our listing was at fourth place in mpm (Instead of first place in mpm catogary as per commitment). So i informed them by calling customer care on 8-aug-16 to cancel the contract and asked for refund. On this discussion, their manager abhishek told me, they will come
Back to me after discussion with their executive raj. They never come to me. And whenever i called them either they refuse to take my call or informs me that they will check with the executive raj and will come back.
Now from last few days after i visited their office, they are are responding on some of the calls.
Now they have finalised not to give me any refund.
We have not used sulekha service at all after the contract.

I booked a AC for rent on 27th April 2017 they provided a AC without working and informed me they will repair soon, But after multiple calls Vendor is not coming or replacing the unit.
