Sir i am dinesh from Chennai i booked AC TECHNICIAN FROM SULEKHA at 03.03.2023 Ac technician come on 5.03.3023, then he check everything from AC then he told indore league i told it's ok sir pls clear that problem and he takeoff and go he told after 3days i will fix ok sir i told after 3days called he ask give 2 days time it's ok sir i told then i called he ask 3 days daily so much days went finnally he come on 20/03/2023 and fix the INDORE AC and gas charge but only one only cooling come, then i called so much time he get not take my call i realy shock this kind of people not give support Sulekha and till 12.04.2023 he take call and no response i also send mail [protected]@sulekha.com but no response and i give cash rs.4000/- they cannot any bill also...so pls arrange on-call that fraud AC TECHNICIAN PALANI

I contacted sulkeha for housekeeping full time maid. And I got a call from "Anjana Placement service". They said a staff will come and will leave the girl at your place. And as said they brought the girl and took the payment, which includes agreement money+ 4months salary=15000+25000 =40000. The same day when I slept the girl ran away from my house and now I m left with no money and no maid. Sulekha.com has done fraud with me I want my money back.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this complaint regarding a business proposal that I received from a person who contacted me through Sulekha.com. The individual asked me to invest in a lead-based job, claiming that they would provide confirmed leads in exchange for a fee. Initially, I expressed my interest but requested to check and confirm the details before making any payment. However, the person insisted that their platform was legitimate and promised that I would receive numerous confirmed leads. Regrettably, after investing the money, I have not received any satisfactory leads, and it has been a complete waste of time. I have decided to terminate the business association and requested a refund as per the policy mentioned on their website. However, the company representatives have been unresponsive and are delaying the refund process, even though it has been more than seven days since I requested the refund. Moreover, the company failed to provide clear terms and conditions of the agreement before taking the payment. The representative falsely claimed that it was a significant process and the money would come as confirmed leads. I have invested a sum of Rs. 17, 700 in this business, and I am yet to receive any tangible returns. I feel cheated and misled by the company's false promises. Therefore, I request you to kindly look into the matter and assist me in obtaining a full refund from the company. Rahul Mistry.provided me wrong information and took money for giving advertising on sulekha platform without informing properly about refund on services..

Whenever I asked for refund related to advertising of my services, he said it's not possible..
Most of the time my leads are not getting scrapped I couldn't do single business so am not happy with the services..

I want refund of the money I have given for advertising of my services

After repeatation of calls and complaints customer service is not ready to help...
Without informing terns and conditions, marketing executives take money for giving advertising of our enterprise or shop

When we don't like the services or not satisfied then they don't give proper information and don't refund the money...

I applied a business plan with sulekha last month 19th. I was promised by Mr.Raghul Manager that I will be getting 120 leads with a charge of 60.. so I agreed and paid 4720 including GST.. then on Feb 20th I received a call from activation team. They said I will only get 50 to 60 leads with a charge of 72.. i totally got fed up on that day itself sales guy raghul made wrong commitment to me..but I never said anything and continued but till now sulekha charged me 400rs service charge and 6 useless leads... unclosed leads.. Out of boundary and Fraudulent leads..so I told raghul and my RM to proceed refund.. last four weeks am suffering to get my refund but nobody supporting raghul not lifting my calls and not responding to my messages above all he always goffup me with wrong commitments he said before 10 days that I will receive refund before 20th.. but I didn't received and I visited sulkekha office last week but no use.. security peoples asked me to seek a mail from sulekha end.. but raghul asked me to come to headoffice and he failed to get support from his office so I returned home.

Two three before I received a call from Accounts team his name prakash he spoked to me like rowdy..

This is how u peoples will handle a customer.

See I will never use this app ever.. so it's time waste i[censored] peoples convince me.. I need refund of rs 4720rs which I paid on activating day..

Do the needful as earliest as possible since I waited and cheated for more than a month

I am getting 50 calls every now and then, I mean I signed up for finding a teacher, I have found one I don't need more calls, it gets difficult to focus on studying so deactivate my account on SULEKHA AND DELETE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR PORTAL!!

I ak getting too many messages from Sulekha.com. There is no option neither in the website or app to delete the account.

I am not even getting an option in my phone to block messages from Sulekha.com

This is the worst and irritating experience I ever had.

Do delete my account and data entirely.

Many calls are coming and too frequently.
They are coming at very late night also like at 9:00pm.
