First of all there is no customer care number on which we can register a complaint about their services. their vendors are not responding properly. their each and every vendors are looking to show higher side estimate each and every time and for each product we had called them for our washing machine servicing 15 days before. after open up all things they stated that drum support was completely gone, so we have to change whole drum. when we had asked for its estimated cost, they said 4400/- Rs. if we wish to do the same, we have to pay 2000/- Rs as an advance, we paid it. at that time we asked for a receipt / acknowledgement for the same, they refuse it and said it in polished language it will be resolved within 2 days and we do not have to worry about it. they committed 2 days after getting confirmation about availability of damage parts at their service centre. till date none had come up with repaired drum or any curtsey call about status of our pending repairing work of washing machine. whenever we called them up they are saying that "serviceman will be at your home by tomorrow morning, sure." at the same time when we called on toll free number of sulekha.com, their people giving phone number of local chennai office, which was also not available in service. none is taking care after providing data of their vendor list even to check the authenticity of that said vendor is ok or not !!!

On 2nd Nov i made a payment of 17, 000 for MPM member and their representative Jagruti Vershi Bhanushali (Deputy Manager) (strange the managers itself fool and fraud people). After much discussion and continuous calling from Jagruti and their sales team, i agreed to pay the amount...

Now, forget the activation, Sulekha is not even bothered to pick calls or answer any emails, nor the activation is done...

More on Fraud - she told me to process it online and she will take care, and she internally has filled the order form and changed to only PM with no benefits...

Now, neither i receive any leads nor she is also picking any calls...

So, a complete case of FRAUD, I don't even know if i get my money back...its a shame on her and company (Sulekha)...Just can't imagine what people will do with all this promises...

Sir/madam, we have registered in sulekha for gas stove and chimney repair on[protected]. they gave the contact number of some companies. in that yes vee yes company came to our home on 8th november and took our chimney and important parts of gas stove. till today they haven't returned our things and not properly responding to our call. kindly do the needful or else we need to take some legal action..

Hi, I am Raghu and I had a call from Sneha a representative of Sulekha on October 28th and she proposed me a classified listing for my services and explained me about a package called "Miracle" for my city Mysore, as per the package I will be receiving 3 leads every day apart from that there are 3 offers i.e 1) Mobile App, 2) 10% cash back and 3) Skyscraper Banner. She insisted me to sign up by 29th to avail the special offers, accordingly I signed up and transferred Rs.17, 100/- for one year through Internet Banking. I then sent a confirmation about this to Sneha on 29th. Sneha then explained me that it would take about 5 to 7 working days to get things done. On Nov 4th I got one lead, this is the only lead I got. No till today i.e December 07th 2015 I have not got any single lead. I spoke to Sneha and put up my concern on 14th Nov, she lodged complaint the Complaint No being: 285023. But I did not any response. I called her again on 19th Nov, she lodged another complain again with complaint no: 286102. I then tried to follow up every week after 19th Nov, couple of times Sneha picked and then shed told me wait till 29th Nov so that she would resolve this. I then waited till 29th November she then started avoiding my calls either by not receiving or by making her other staff to pick and inform that Sneha is busy. This is a open eye cheating, where they promised me 3 leads every day and when I paid and listed and when I am not getting any leads I was being avoided by the staff. I just lost my Rs.17, 100/- really a huge amount and not even single lead. Please please please come to my rescue and help me to resolve this either by refund from Sulekha or by providing as they promised. Hope some one will come to my help. Raghu

I registered with your company once n I have been getting unlimited repeated calls to continue my package.. I have requested all, Mr. Deepak, Ms. Pooja n Mr.Mandeep to kindly not call me but they call every month... I want to continue my package but I'm so so very irritated with the calls that I'll hate to continue with ur company... Please requesting you people NOT TO CALL AGAIN... Please

I started a in-city advertisement and payed 1000 dollar for 6 months. After 2 weeks I had only 1 response and decided to stop the advertisement. When I mailed them to stop the ad. or do some remediation, they stopped responding to my ad. and even did not pick up my phone.

These guys are real scammers. They have a team of sales guys whose only job is to sell by hook or crook. Once they take your money they do not care about you any more.

What a shock.. They looked so professional when I started. Please do not spend your hard earned money on them.

If Sulekha.com really values their integrity then figured it out how your sales person actually cheats innocent people. From your NOIDA branch, Nikhat Khan and BD Ajit Pal kept on contacting me for so long and forcibly convinced me to take your plan. The day I enrolled for your plan and payment has been made to Sulekha just after 2 days only they don't even bother to entertain my query. And I continuously kept calling to them hundred times a day. Both of them don't even answering my call. Pathetic, your company actually don't follow business ethics at all. Just because of your company Sulekha.com, I would never ever show my trust to any company the rest of my life.

I received 5 calls from reference from Sulekha to fix the washing machine issue on 3rd October. As nobody was ready to come that day evening for service, one Person named David fixed an Appointment the same day and told he is calling from Aadhiswar Yeshwantpur Service department then he came that night and checked the machine and he told some Power Sensor has gone. So he told currently he does not have stock and he would get it from Whitefield office, that day he took 200/- as booking advance and left. Yesterday that is 5th he came and not sure what he did as we were busy and did not check the work he was doing, after 30 min he told your machine is completely fine and suggested us not to work the machine for 45 min as he has fitted the power Sensor and it would take time to gel up with machine so dont switch on. He told it is completely fine and he collected 2400/- for the replacement. We too believed his words. He collected the money and left.. Then after 2 hrs we tried to switch on the machine it was not switching on and the machine was in the same condition as it was before.. Then we noticed that we were cheated and when we called his number 4 times it rang and 5th time it was switched off, from that time we are trying his mobile number we are not able to reach him. It is switched off. Today at the time of typing this email it is witched ON but no response, he is not attending the call. THE PERSON WHO YOU GUYS REFERRED WAS A FRAUD, I WENT TO AADHISHWAR SHOWROOM YESTERDAY NIGHT AND ENQUIRED THEY TOLD THEY DONT HAVE ANY TIE-UP WITH ANY AGENCY AND HOW COULD SULEKA PASS ON CUSTOMER COMPLAINT NUMBER TO THE FIELD EXECUTIVES OR BUSINESS PARTIES WHICH IS NOT VERIFIED FROM YOU GUYS. Those guys are reacting like sulekha is a scammer . And i think it is . Sulekha i really a scammer They have my 30, 000 post dated cheque they are not giving me back .. Hi, We have paid close to 3 lakhs for subscription from Sulekha.. Till now they have not done the service.. After taking money they vansihed.. When ever we call they say we are busy in meeting.. I was searching for pest control services near my area and I got sulekha.com links in Google, as soon as I open the link I got call from sulekha.com executive asking me that do Am I looking for Pest Control Services? She got nervous when I ask her that from where she got my number. I asked her repeadetly but she didnt answer my question. I doubt they must be stealing data from browsers cookies or any other unethical medium. If anyone can ask them regarding this issue and answer it will be great and will be major steps to stop this and other sites to steal our important information like this.

I have mobile servicing centre. I got call from sulekha.com and they esured they ll connect daily 6 to 10 genuine customers and on 1-8-2015 i registered and pain 2280rs per 6month. Now 20 days over and not even get single calls. I try to contact customer care they completed neglected our problem.. please follow my complaints

I am Karthik posted ad looking washine machine repairing people. one person by Moosa of SABA electrical works called me came to my house to check the machine. He saw the machine and gave estimation of 3700/- took advance amt of 2500/-rs and told that he would come next day to repair this incident happened on 12th june. From the next he is not responding to my calls.So, I called sulekha.com customer care to register complaint. These customer care did not even help they are saying that SABA electrical works is on free listing that is why they cannot help me. If he is in free listing why would they share my details to a fraud. I suffered a lot mentally & physically. I am thinking of going to consumer court & file FIR against these fraud & cheaters. We faced complete loss and disaster upon using Kaiser Movers and Packers, Pune to shift our household. Since the initial contact from Kaiser happened through Sulekha, I had written a strong negative review detailing the incident on the Sulekha page for Kaiser Packers. The review was written in June 2015 and submitted successfully, not once, but twice. However, even after 2 months it does not show up on the Sulekha listings, which are filled only with deceptive positive reviews (http://yellowpages.sulekha.com/pune/kaiser-packers-pvt-ltd-kasarwadi-pune_revie...⇄ On the other hand, my review is clearly visible among others on other listing pages such as JustDial.com or MouthShut.com. Also it is clear that these are genuine reviews from the mixed ratings that are visible. Today I was going through Sulekha.com to find a number for Capital First, Ahmedabad. I was finding number for Capital First without registering myself on Sulekha. I found this number[protected] for Capital First. When I dialled, it got disconnected after ringing. Suddenly I get a call from[protected] and the lady asked me that Mam are you looking for money?, I was surprised that how they found my number. When I asked them they were not able to answer properly, and I questioned them that I have not registered on your website, then how did you get my number. When I asked them that the number shows under Capital First is actually Sulekha's number, but they did not answer but kept saying that Madam its okay if you dont want Money and disconnected. These guys are just generating leads unethically. This is the new way to get the mobile number to harass them by calling them. Unethical, unprofessional way of connecting with people. A biggest scam happening over sulekha. I am going to point this to higher authoroties of Sulekha and Capital First as well. I would highly appreciate if any Higher management contacts me asap or I will do it directly. You can get my number, as you have already called me. Check the above mentioned number and you can get the number. Try to do it in a nicer way, rather than getting into trouble. Also train your employees as they dont know how to answer when they get a counter question

Very worst services. Once they will take a money from you, then they will forgot all promises, services and you. Local area office or head office will not respond you any call or any queries. I request to all user please do not take any services from sulekha.com. I have done very big mistake.

Sulekha.com had presented my cheque despite instruction of stopping the services of sulekha as the quality of services of sulekha was not responsive and despite repeated requests the sulekha has not refunding the amount.
