On 9th may, 2022, we had taken subscription of Prime package of Rs 20000 plus GST i.e Rs 23600. We had terrible experience with the Sulekha.

Whatever they have promised not delivered. The quality of lead was very bad and mostly lead are irreverent and not related to our business. The lead are very less.

I request the team to get my entire amount get back to our account. I need your help in this regard.

      Paid Rs.7080 on August 1, 2022 hoping to get real time enquiries. On the welcome call, they commit we can amend the settings & services rom Sulekha Application. However, after amendments are made the services do not change and they continue forwarding leads we are not related to. When we raise a ticket to complain, they say we have to call them up for replacement of every enquiry. Quite not possible and feasible. When you ask for refund, they say it is your fault, you called the lead after 12 hours. As a search engine, do they expect every enquiries to call after 9pm or 10pm? Utterly fraud people. Fake enquiries, non convertible leads. Do not invest in them.

                      L service requirement on Sulekha website. I got a call from A R Enterprises and he confirmed to provide service and also SMS from sulekha.com for authenticating A R Enterprises and providing a rating. he asked me to provide a passport soft copy and INR 2000 as a service charge and paid the same. After some time he switched off his phone and am unable to connect with him to get an update.

                      सुलेखा की तरफ से हमको जो सर्विस दी जाने की बात कही गई वो पूरी नही की जा रही कस्टमर केअर से बात की और मेल भी किया उनके बताए हुए मेल पर लेकिन कस्टमर केअर का कहना हैं ही हमको 18.6.2022 का मेल नही मिला और न ही कोई रिफण्ड टीम का फोन आया वो अपनी बात और अड़े है अपग्रेड करने को जब हम दूसरी सर्विस नही देते तो हम उसको कैसे उपग्रेट करे 17 .6.2022को उन्होंने मेल में अपग्रेड के लिये बोल के मेल कर दिया और [protected] पर कॉल करता हूं तो वो सब गोल मोल घुमा रहे है सही जवाब नही दे रहे है और जिस चीज का पैसा लिया है मतलब लीड भी नही दे रहे है इस विषय को ध्यान में रख कर उचित करवाई करे तो महान दया होगी धन्यवाद।

                            We tried to get movers and packers contact through sulekha.com but the person who contacted us multiple times for getting the booking done and took the advance payment also.

                                I enquired about the labour requirement in Sulekha website. Next day I got a call from Calcutta by one person asking they need people for work. I told yes and in 2 days they told 4 members are ready and they will come to work in Sivakasi. I sent them 3000 for train ticket and then they called from railway station that general tickets are not available and only premium Tatkal is available do I sent them extra 7000 for the tickets I was in urgent need of labour. Next day I got a call that they carried cylinder for the stay here in train. The police where asking fine Of 25000 and they were taking them to the jail. They created so much chaos in phone and were literally crying for help. I had no other option than send it to them. After sending the money there is no phone call from them and if I try to call them there is no response from their side. Phone number :[protected]

                                I also have aadhar card copies of the people.
                                They sent the aadhar details and also from a source called Sulekha so that’s y I thought they were genuine. But now I regret a lot . How foolish I have been and they taken advantage of my kindness.

                                I can also submit the google pay records of the transaction or my bank statement transaction if asked during further investigation

                                  Please delete my mobile number. I'm getting too many calls from different numbers. It's annoying. I request to delete my number or account.
                                  I don't want any upgrade plan.
                                  I have been receiving calls since the i have registered.
                                  Please remove my mobile number asap
