Sulekha.com — bad service, delay in refund, rude staff, very bad behavior | |||
I have been following up for my refund from 3 to 4 months, nobody is responding, i have sent emails as well, neeraj, abhay from pune sales team were handling my account, they fraud us into signing up, gave half details, lied to us about the leads, and are not taking responsibility for their act, i am an interior designer, i signed up with sulekha for leads, they gave us wrong information, spoke badly, lied about the details then my account was changed to jyoti gas, i was not able to access my account instead of rectifying their mistake, they were shouting at us mr. mathew from chennai head office finalised with me, and agreed for 16, 000 refund, after that he never called back, i tried calling many times, no response i have called Mr, neeraj and Ms, ratna from pune office many times, they dont receive calls i have mailed Mr. Neeraj all the details, called many times sulekha has taken 35, 000 from us, total waste of money, no service was given, Was this information helpful? | |||
