I have taken service contract from suleka thrice, initial two contract they have cheated me with lot of internally generated lead and i didn't get benefit out of it so after completing the contract they approached me for the third time, then i informed them to issue a verified lead then i can take, she had promised me that she will give verified lead, after signing the contract verification team called me for activation i informed them i need a verified lead but they refused for a verified lead and cancelled the contract, after that i sent several mail them to refund the amount but till to day i didn't get the refund amount now i decided to move customer court for compensation

As discussed we will be providing you the services only for house keeping services the tenure of 2 months for the amount of rs 65036 incl tax wherein i will cancel your ac services contract even i aware of you are into multi business if you are not satisfied with us we will cancell your contract 2 months later then if you wants to go for any other category we will add up then will start the services for particular category but if you are not satisfied we will be return back your money kindly check and revert back the same mail
