Sulekha.com — Fake leads

This is suganya nattamai from Chennai .I started catering services (Soni sungudi catering) at anagaputhur pammal Chennai 600070 .my fssai number [protected] my GST number 33KJUPS0153K1ZK ..
I got continues calls from sulekha marketing team (marketing executive name Maha mobile number [protected] )to get catering requirements leads through sulekha advertising company. she promised me that 270 rupees for verified and confirmed leads from our area..
I agreed and paid Rupees 10620
On 18/09/2020 ..
Sulekha company starts to giving me leads from all over Chennai ( not even single leads from my surroundings within 10kms)
1) while I calling customer for getting orders they will not attend (cause my number goes as spam by sulekha or what I don't know)
2) or line might be busy with other caters
3) customer said will call back me later ..and never I will get calls from them (it means not interested just only enquiry)
4) sulekha company apps ask to call customer for multiple times to get orders ..is it good to call someone for multiple times as irritating..
5) sulekha company feedback goes to error

Sulekha company gave me 44 leads more then 18 to 28 kms far from my catering company.. in that only 2 leads I got converted rest all not converted cause of distance, not interested, only enquiry, requirements of other types of food, phone not picked up, already booked by other caters etc.. only 2 leads converted for totally 6000 rupees(2800 and 3200) ..

Now the company said me all my 10620 rupees was finished and they said themselves that they gave successfully leads which was not converted to me ..
I complained to sulekha team they said I have to give immediately feedback within 24 hours to scrap the lead (this they didn't said me before taking my money and even they didn't intimate this instructions)..my question is if customers ask me to wait for the call back after 3, 4 or a week how should I scrap???and if the customer didn't attend my call after I waited for 3 days ..how should the lead got scarp ?
I call all the sulekha team there is no use and also I call the marketing executive who showed sulekha she never pickup my calls (maha laksmi [protected] cause her work was done took my money )
I have all voice recorded I can also submit if needed ..
Kindly request to help me to get my money back ..or I need leads for I paid ..

Your reply doesn't match what I asked for.. your company website about refund I didn't read before and not going to read it..
I just trusted the word which was given by your sales team first..
I need a clear reply for all my questions which I submitted. If refund not possible as per your refund policy then give me leads for what I paid to your company..if you are not really ready to give me leads and took my hard earned money for non converted leads .. definitely I will boom and take this issue to the maximum level ..
Hopefully you team will understand and this issue may come comes to an end.
