I had needed a maid so I search maid service and from your website some agency number I had received on 13th September so I called them for maid but after some time I had received a call from one agency said name was Shivam Placement Service (Mob- [protected] & [protected] Address Mentioned Off: C-52 B BHAGYA VIHAR NEAR MUBARAKPUR BUS STAND NEW DELHI - 110081 ) .He assured me to provide the maid with 2 year agreement along with ID proof, Police Verification and medical report and asked me for advance 8 month payment of Rs 58, 000/-.I agreed because I think After received the maid I will pay the money. I have received the maid from Shivam Placement Agency, Delhi. But after seeing some review in your website and also the number provided by Sulekha a registered site or company I somehow satisfied with the agency. So on 18th september the maid come with one of his agent to Berhampur (Odisha ).After received the maid I paid 8 month advance payment of Rs 57, 500/-.She has been working perfectly for 3 days but on 22nd september 2023 early morning she locked us outside and left out the home with stolen one mobile phone.
So finally we are dumb, I called the agency and I found he has blocked my number and no response received from his end, But still his number is working and openly he is cheating other people like me. After all this I went to our nearest Police station and gave a FIR rep on 22nd september 2023. So I request to you please solve my problem or I will go for consumer court and file a case agist you.
