Sulekha.com — invoice and too many false promises. | |||||
On 1st august 2010 i made a payment of rs.29500 for my company round the clock productions for which i told sulekha's executive to send me a hard copy of the bill as my email was not working, which i never receieved. After that i contact the executive again on 28th august who met me and promised he will send through the invoice, after which he proposed me to make a payment of rs.31000.in that proposal he offered me, 1. First position in my category. 2.400+ leads 3. 20% priority leads separately which would not be counted. After making the payment on 30th august, your executive has started ignoring me. Neither i have received invoice for my first payment, neither first position, nor the leads which was guaranteed to me. Your executive is not even picking my my call from the past 1 month. I made even many calls to customer support for the invoice aswell which i never received. Your executives name is pradeep whose contact number is[protected]. I also tried to get in touch with gowtham your executive whose number was given by pradeep, even he has started ignoring my calls now. His contact number is [protected]. It has been over 1.5 months since i am in trouble because of sulekha. This is highly unprofessional and the kind of behavior your executives are showing is of scammers.
