Hi,
Myself Ganesh V, I am the managing partner of Excel Manpower Services, Nagarbhavi, Bangalore.
Recently I got registered in sulekha for leads generation by paying 40000Rs, and my registered number is [protected]
From the day one I am not getting any leads, or even a confirmation about my membership. I am trying to get in touch with the concerned people who came to my office at the time of agreement but they are not attending my calls, infact they are purposely ignoring. One Mr yugesh attends my calls but I cant question him because madam saariga is the one who gave me fake promises and assurances about the package, the promises which were given by saariga are as follows.
1. Excel manpower services will be the coming under m.p.m
2. Minimum 200 leads has to be purchased
3. There will be validity of one year for the 200 leads you purchase
4. The leads keep changing for every 4 hours
5. Only if you use the lead your money per lead will be deducted
6. Any lead which are not relevant can be brought to the companies notice so that they will change it.
7. I[censored]nsatisfied the entire amount will be refunded.
8. Once the account gets activated one person will be sent from sulekha to guide about the app and dashboard and how to use it.
These were the things which were told by saariga but not even a single thing was fulfilled.
Inconveniences faced by us are
1. No one responds to my call except yugesh
2. We were not even intimated about the activation
3. I was not getting a single lead or call
4. We were not aware of the app and no one came to guide us as promised
5.when i called the customer care they say they have sent all the 200 leads in a matter of 4 days, logically speaking how will a person even take 200 leads and try to finish the leads in a month?
saariga had promised that one year validity will be there everyday fresh leads will be coming in the dashboard and every 4 hours the leads will be refreshed and fresh leads will be added
6. I have all the invoices and necessary documents to file a case, i am seriously unsatisfied and i even walked in the sulekha office in Bangalore which is in shivajinagar but not even a single person responded well
last time i am giving a try by sending you a mail try to rectify it or i am definitely filing a case in court.
