I had paid to sulekha 5, 040 INR 26th june 2017, their sales executive told us please take our service, we are very good into this field, , we will provide leads to you, If you will not satisfy from our service then tell us we will improve either we will refund your money. I had complained to their customer care executive after seven days that we are not getting fruitful, they told wait some more days sir we will update your account after that you will get proper leads, I waited from fruitful result another three weeks, after that i claim for refund for saying this i am not getting fruitful result. They told me into your category we don't have refund policy. I am asking them then why your executives made false promise at the sales time. They told "sorry" sir we cant held you for refund matter. I told them then please change our category atleast if possible. they told its possible sir and after that they are getting all the details on mail and tell please wait 48 hours you will get call from our team and we will change your category. After that day main Fraud Game will start. I waited 10 days and every two day i am asking the progress of our issue, they told wait sir till evening we will resolve your issue. On 11th day of raising a request i again called their customer care number[protected], this time Abitha A begum pick the call and after checking my paid listing details, she told me sir we are unable to change your category because your balance is low, she told me for your desired category you should have balance to 5310 INR, I asked about my current balance, she told me 4004 INR, you need to pay another 1306 INR, after that i will change your category as a fresh contract and it takes 24 hours time maximum. As per her direction i paid another 1306 INR on that link which she provided by her official id link. after that payment i shared the screen shot of that transaction. Today are the 3rd day (72 hours) but still my problem had not resolve. They are making false promise and asking more money and still not resolving the issue, i Really can't expect that Sulekha (such a big company) is doing these types of things. I want My money back either resolve my issue. The sulekha executive involve into this is below 1. Abitha Begum A 2.
