Sulekha.com — missguided while selling internet advertising space | |||
I am sulekha business account customer since past 4 years & pretty satisfied with services till last renew which was dated on july 24, 2018. Sulekha's delhi executive mr dilpal singh & nagpur executive mr karan yadav has misguide me in the name of new artificial intelligence based lead generation technology which claim to provide more accurate enquiry. As it was charging per lead basis i have rejected it but continuously they were chasing & requesting to use the new product once so accepting their request i have recharged my account with rs 5000 + 18% gst. While on conversation mr dilpal claimed & assured me you will get better & genuine enquiry then previous all years. When i asked if this will not happen he said will shift u in older version & the amount will be adjusted. We dont expect any direct revenue but we definitely expect the enquiries & leads are genuine atleast should match the previous years. This year surprisingly leads are not on the line of previous years also flow compare to previous year was very less. I recharged my account in month of july and august was the peak month which tern up into nightmare. My only worry is when the technology is not tested how can they commit such things. Why dont they understand these sales executives are making loss to business by making false commitment. I will not let them go like this.
