[Resolved] Sulekha.com — Non responsive Officers despite full payment | |||
I am a member of Sulekha.com from the last 10 years. on 31.05.2017, my membership has been updated and i have made required payment. I have already given Keywords to your officer, Mrs. Roma and Mr. Manan from your Ahmedabad Office. They were to send me the keywords once confirmed and also they were to mail me the confirmed order. Despite 2 months having lapsed no such mail has been sent to me. I have tried to get in touch with them but have not received any response either on phone or via mail. I have even attempted to contact them through SMS but have not received any reply from your officers. Please take note of my complain at the earliest, otherwise i will be constrained to take up legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||
