Hi, I am Raghu and I had a call from Sneha a representative of Sulekha on October 28th and she proposed me a classified listing for my services and explained me about a package called "Miracle" for my city Mysore, as per the package I will be receiving 3 leads every day apart from that there are 3 offers i.e 1) Mobile App, 2) 10% cash back and 3) Skyscraper Banner. She insisted me to sign up by 29th to avail the special offers, accordingly I signed up and transferred Rs.17, 100/- for one year through Internet Banking. I then sent a confirmation about this to Sneha on 29th. Sneha then explained me that it would take about 5 to 7 working days to get things done. On Nov 4th I got one lead, this is the only lead I got. No till today i.e December 07th 2015 I have not got any single lead. I spoke to Sneha and put up my concern on 14th Nov, she lodged complaint the Complaint No being: 285023. But I did not any response. I called her again on 19th Nov, she lodged another complain again with complaint no: 286102. I then tried to follow up every week after 19th Nov, couple of times Sneha picked and then shed told me wait till 29th Nov so that she would resolve this. I then waited till 29th November she then started avoiding my calls either by not receiving or by making her other staff to pick and inform that Sneha is busy. This is a open eye cheating, where they promised me 3 leads every day and when I paid and listed and when I am not getting any leads I was being avoided by the staff. I just lost my Rs.17, 100/- really a huge amount and not even single lead. Please please please come to my rescue and help me to resolve this either by refund from Sulekha or by providing as they promised. Hope some one will come to my help. Raghu

Hi,

Upon submitting this complaint I got a call from a person called Ravi Verma speaking to me and asked information about this complaint. Then he asked my Debit Card to process the refund and I did not convinced to give him my card details he made me to give and took my additional amount of Rs.5, 000+Rs.10, 840/- and said me that this would be refunded along with my amount paid to Sulekha 17, 100 by tomorrow morning.

An hour later he called me again and asked me to confirm another transaction of Rs.2248 and said every amount will be refunded by tomorrow. But this time I just denied him to share my OTP as I already lost Rs.15, 840 additional. I am not sure how to recover this, I know this a bogus call.

Can please any one help here about this.
