Sulekha.com — not returning money for no leads/services | |
I am homoeopath doctor and have taken plan from sulekha for getting leads. For the last 4 months, i have not received any relevant leads. After multiple calls to customer care they give fake leads which are from 20-30 km far and they don't come. They charge 200 every month for hosting profile. When asked for money back i got different answers like they have 30 days money back policy, 90 days poilicy and at end they said they don't have policy. This is fraud from sulekha as they charge for not providing service Was this information helpful? | |
