Hello

We bought a lead service from sulekha.com.
There are so much issues in their mobile app.
Like even if we contact to a lead received on sulekha app the app shows the message that we have not contacted the lead even once. We communicated
This issue to sulekha team via email and customer support team but they are unable to solve the issue. We are losing our money even if the lead is not genuine all because of the app issue. Every time we try to get the update on issue, new person from sulekha talk to us every time and we need to explain our problem again and again. Every time they tell us they will get back to us in 3 working days. But nobody contact us regarding the updates on issue. We are doing this for a month now. Issue is still there but our money is deducting continuously. Its a kind of consumer harassment. We dont know what to do.
