Sulekha.com — paid but account not activated past 6 days

First of all inform your executive to avoid false promise
Like after payment your account has been activated 6 hrs max.
Iam facing nul activation after making the payment on 16th. All the details again shared to the concern mail. The customer care promised that the account will be activated tonight like the same told on friday.
Very unprofessional and now i am worried about leads like will it be genuine or not.
