Worst service ever have experienced, there is no proper coordination from sulekha team, initially all sugar coated talks these guys do then later stops to respond, whatever mode we try. Sumit from sulekha claims himself to be the manager but there is zero professionalism in him and no public relation at all. We have registered with them 15 days back from 11800/- before paying 11800/- rigorous follow up was made, the moment they receive payment. Sumit start bullying us by not answering calls, giving reasons all the time, it took more that 72 hours for us to get registered on their list, (Commited time was 24 hrs). After that the leads which we are receiving are shared randomly, no lead matches to our key words and location which we have selected. On asking the same to the feedback department guy salim shaikh, he says you upgrade to premium package you wont face such issue. The concern is if sulekha's trial package of 11800/- is so pathetic, how can a customer ever think to upgrade the package. To make is more easier we had made whatsapp group, so that sumit can easily access to our grievances, heights are these, he reads all our messages and neglect straightly. Kindly understand whosover will read this, we are running a brand, if we dont get proper leads it is directly affecting our business, if genuinely there is someone responsible, kindly revert.
