This is to inform you that we are not at all happy with the services and the leads given by sulekha to our business. We are trying to make your executive understand our issue But she is not at all understanding our pain of not getting relevant leads.
we purchased your services on 11th march 2023 and till now we don't have a single student got converted by sulekha.
As we are already associated with other platforms for getting leads, and the conversions we cannot even blame our counsellors for not getting leads converted in sulekha.
Infact got feedback from them that we are not getting relevant leads.
We asked your executive to make us understand the reason behind it then also as per her guidance we are not satisfied.
As the changes suggested by her are not yet done by your sulekha backend team as well.
Nobody is bothered about the pain we are facing.
Hence now we cannot stretch it any more.
Please initiate our refund.
As we are raising this issue from the date we purchased the services.
Initially we were told to wait for some time to get relevant leads, then we are getting reply that REFUND IS POSSIBLE ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE.
Please stop making fool o[censored]s.
