[Resolved] Sulekha.com — recharge still getting off low balance error and no customer care response | |||||
I am a service provider on sulekha.com I think now its time to take legal action as your team is not responding from past five days I recharged my account worth 1180 rs and not able to use the amount as i am getting error of low balance even after recharging my account for 1180 rs I created sulekha account and got bonus 1000 in my account and after getting out of free leads i got a link to recharge my sulekha account i went through the link and got packages to recharge with i selected 1000 rs package + taxes so i paid 1180 and still i am getting the error of low balance Sulekha customer cares are stupid they’re not responding from past 1 week My contact number and sulekha account is - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
