I have been charged twice for the subscription.

1. Sujatha requested us pay up rs 27, 000 and i charged on my new zealand credit card and then told me did not go through, so i paid from my nz bank transfer to india
2. Next couple of day she said the credit card gone through as well.
3. I told her that the rs27, 000 can be paid in india but she said company policy to reverse back the payment to my nz credit card and i have to wait 45 days
4. After 50 days, i check back with sujatha, she is trying use the money for second year subscription, i got very annoyed and ask her who authorise to pay for second year.
5. She said sorry and will refund in cheque in india, i then told you told me that your company policy doesn't; allow local payment.
6. Now it's over 60 days, she not responding to my email nor ur call.
7. Is the quality of staff you have?
7. Please tell me how are your going to refund my rs 27, 000 or else i would have to find another avenue to claim my money back
