- I am writing to express my disappointment with the leads service I purchased for my interior projects business. Despite paying ₹47, 745 (after discount), I've received inadequate support and results. Our agent, Madhubala, initially promised 50-60 leads per month, but the actual performance has been subpar.
After multiple follow-ups, my profile was registered in the fourth week. As of today (April 21, 2025), I've received only 17 leads, which are not relevant to my business needs. When I contacted customer care, they redirected me to Agent Madhu, citing no further assistance.
I feel misled by Sulekha's marketing claims and the commitments made by Agent Madhu. I urge you to review this matter and provide a suitable solution.
