[Resolved]  Sulekha.com — Very bad customer service and with lots of fraud employees. Lead promise not kept

Hello, I own a cookery class. From the first day. I suffer a lot with the service. All employees works in this company are fraud. I got a call from a sales girl named Deepa from Hyderabad branch. She explained me about a package which cost 3300 rs and she informed me that some promotional offer is going on so she can give the package for 2000rs plus tax for 6 months with unlimited leads. And booked an appointment for an sales executive to come to my house and finalise the deal. I said ok. Then one sales person came to my home I forgot the name. I told him that I want to put ad for my cookery class. He explained that the lead flow is 20 leads per month. But due to network problem he was unable to set my account. Again after 2-3 days. Two person from Sulekha.com hyderabad came to my home. One person name is Rohit. He said he is the sales manager. He explained me the package and told me that if I want to go for cake shop than the leads will be more, and he informed that sulekha.com gets 200 lead per month for cake shop in my area. I told that I want cookery class. He said that the lead will be approx 18-25 per month. I said that if it is 18-25 leads how many is conversion rate. He said 60%. Then we finalise on baking class. But he was facing some network issue. So he asked me to pay online. He said he will call be from office and guide to how to pay online. I informed him that I will call him after 2-3 days and confirm the deal. Then after 3 days may be 15th or 16th of January I called him by evening and want to go with the ads deal. He gave me his login I'd and asked me to pay 2290 rs. I paid online and got confirmation on my mobile number. Then Rohit informed me that I will get a call from Deepa to set the account. And now the problem started. Next day I waited till afternoon Deepa didn't call me back. I called back the number but she didn't answer my call. I tried 20-25 times. In the evening by 5 pm she answered the call and told me that she will check with back and help me to set the account. Then I got no response from her. Again I called 2-3 times. One girl answered my call her name is Monica. She said she is the team lead of hyderabad branch. She is a very bad in talking laughing at my problem over the call. Then she informed me that Deepa went down to set my account. Then again no response from Deepa. Then next day I called her she informed me that there is a change of price in the package which I opt for so they are trying to take permission to set my account from Chennai branch. I said why suddenly in one day the price got changed. Then she said she will call back. Again no response from Deepa. I got a call from a person he did told me his name, he said he is from accounts team and asked the opt number which was sent to my mobile just before 2 mins. I gave him the number and he said I will get a verification call from Chennai. Then next day may be on 21st or 23rd I got a call from the verification team. About my account she said the I opt for cake shop and other information to confirm. I said I opt for cookery class not cake shop. Then she said ok and disconnect the call. Next day I called the customer care at that time I was informed that as in the order form baking class or cookery class is not informed my account was on hold. After paying the money if you face so many problem how you will feel? Then the customer care asked me if I am ok with the cake shop than she will activate my account. I tried contacting the sales manager Rohit and also sales girl Deepa no one answered my call. Than finally I got frustrated and said ok to the customer service agent. Then started another problem. That is lead problem. I got one lead on, 24th January about a homemade cake order which is 15 kms far from my place as it was on Sunday and my first lead I tried to fullfil the order with no profit. Than no lead till February 1. Again on 2nd February I got one lead they want midnight delivery, this service is not provided by me. Again on 3rd and 4th I got one one lead and they did answer my call. After that no lead. I waited for 10 days and I called the customer care. They informed me that due to some technical issues the leads were not generated and the issue was solved and from then I will get lead again. On 21 or 22nd I got one lead but no response from that lead. I got frustrated and called the customer care. They informed that they change the area to within 5kms and the chances of lead will be good. I said ok. Then no leads asual. I got a call from a sales girl. Who informed me that she will help to upgrade the package I said that I am not interested as I am not getting lead. She explained me that as my package is lowest the lead which was sent to me don't have genuinety. Than she said if I upgrade my account then I will get good lead. She also said that there is very less lead from my area that is why I am not getting lead. I called the customer care and asked them to cancel my package and want my money back. I explained them that the sales girl told me that the lead is very less from my area. The customer service agent transfered the call to a supervisor named Prem. He told me as my account is under 5 km area so I am not getting lead and he said that he is changing the option to all over Hyderabad and if I don't get lead he will help me to cancel my account. As usual no lead. I call customer service on 2 nd March. And I wanted to talk to Prem the supervisor the agent informed me that he is on meeting he will call back. I waited for 2 days. Today 4th March I got a call from a sale girl who asked me whether I am interested to change the category. I said I am not interested and I want to cancel my account. She said ok and told me that she is sending request to customer service and they will help me to cancel the account. No one called again at 7pm I called the customer care and want speak with Prem but he was still busy and don't have the time to talk to me. The agent named Manikant informed me that as my account is under 6 month contract it is not possible to cancel my account and give my money. I said no one informed me that there is a 6 month contract. He said the I signed the order form where 6 month contract is written. And here comes a big issue. I never signed anything someone has signed on my name from sales team in the order form. Which is a fraud business. I am going to launch a complain against sulekha.com in the consumer court as I have not signed on anything and this is a fraud business.
