Sulekha.com — window ac gas refill and service

I have refill the gas in window ac on 18 june, 2020 by the person name is prem chand through sulekha.com. And the machanic given 3 months gas refill garantee.

But he is very illiterate and unprofessional mechanic after 25 days the ac is giving again the gas problem. I have contacted him but he told not able to come and will come after 10 days but he is visit till now last month he is committed will pay the amount next day.

But till not i have not received the amount and he is not replying back.

Please do the needful asap.
