Sulekha — money taken but services not started after the payment | |||
Hi, I have paid the money but till now service not activated. Its been 8 days and still service not started. We are looking for facility management services which includes plumbing, painting, interior works. This is what discussed before taking plan . We have been told for Platinum service. IF IT WILL NOT START IN hr. Our companies Legal adviser will send the sulekha a legal notice. Your customer care is very bad in coordination. Can you resolve it as soon as possible. I cant wait for few days. Its already a 10 days loss.
