Sulekha — No Response and No Remorse either! | |||
I work for a company called Goodhands (Assistage India Pvt Ltd), I had updated a complaint earlier for Sulekha team not responding to our requests. After the complaint Priya K from Sulekha came and met us and understood the issues and updated the same. We had agreed on a 15 day review period for our leads and agreed that we would check the feasibility after 15 days and decide if we want to continue with Sulekha. The meeting was on 15th May and After our meeting again the Sulekha team has been unresponsive and even evasive. Priya K(Sulekha team head) had given her no. as [protected], and [protected]. Now each time when I call this no. I am told she is not available.. There has been no response to multiple mails and calls. We are not getting any leads from Sulekha and the few that do come in are irrelevant. The uselessness of the leads has already been pointed out in my previous complaint. I request strong action against Sulekha employees who do not keep their promise. As an employee of a company myself, I know it reflects badly on my company when I don't respond.
