I got call from sulekha.com to become paid member then i get business leads, karthik sulekha employee confirmed me that you will receive leads from the near by area, if you get any other leads we will replace them, and we will give a good business if not we will refund you the amount. below is the mail from karthik

By following his fake promises and accepted to pay membership fee one of executive ravi kumar chinnareddy came home to collect amount, i have paid 10620rs (9000 amount + 1620 tax) he told it will be activated by the same day eveing and he also suggested to cap the lead to 4 per day as we can not handle all leads, like that he bluffed and aparently i followed

2 days over my account is not activated neither their cc team nor him called me and informing about the late in account activation. I have been following up with chennai cc team and calling karthik finally my account got activated after 1 week.

I got only 1 lead afte 2 weeks and that too is not accepted but still my amount got deducted, i have been calling karthik to replace this he neither takes my call nor call me back.

After waiting for 3 weeks i have not even got 2nd lead then i decided to cancel my member ship, when i checked with call center they confirmed they dont have services on radius and cc guy has told the executive has given you false information and they themselves adviced me to file case on the execuitive

I asked karthik to cancel my membership and refund my full amount, he is telling me that their call center team will call you and explain the process

Chennai cc team called and asked to wait for one more day like that it took another week but still i have not received any lead and finally i told to cancel and refund my amount.

Each time i call cc they are giving me new information and they are not clear on the policy for refund

Cc team says they will refund me 8000 rs only as they will dedcut tax for the service, i questione them what is the service they have done to me so far and he says they are deducting another tax amount, i am not sure why they are taking double tax for not providing a single paise service to me more over i have been calling them to get my account activation and for leads and finally for refund

I am attaching mail from karthik to me about the leads and also i am attaching the invoice

Please do not make customers bluff and cheat for your revenue and reaching your targets

We have not got money from lottory or bank robery or cheating like you sulekha

What ever money you are receiving as salaries are from our blood and this will not give you happiness to you and your family. You will have to pay for this

We are writing this with emotional and tears

I request every one who wants to become member with sulekha not to fall into their bucket by their false information.
I am on my way reach my advocate to file case on this
