[Resolved]  Sulekha.com — rent house 1 rk

I took a one 1rk with reference from sulekha.com with my boy friend at susheel apartment shanti nagar, decided to stay from december 2018 but due to some issue i postponed it to february 2019 the owner agreed on it. I stayed there for 1 day, i came to know the washroom door cant be locked and the exhaust fan also not working so basically there was no way for the air to go from kitchen to washroom because there only one way for the smoke to pass that is from kitchen to washroom exhaust fan which is also not working. I complained to the owner, she told she will fix it (Washroom door) after 2 weeks. I claimed that fix it soon because otherwise i will leave it from next month. She argued and told me to go out of the house.in the mean time i already paid 10, 000 rs to the owner before entering the house itself. My mistake was i didn't check the washroom door. I went to collect my 10, 000 rs. Back but the owner refused to pay me back and started abusing and black mailed me that she want to meet my parents and tell about the live in relation to them.
